Spent an hour waiting, watching people arrive after me and getting seen before me, even though I had signed up ahead of time using the "Hold my spot" feature. Had to leave before being seen because my husband was on lunch watching our baby and has meetings in the afternoon. I am really disappointed and will NEVER go back.
