Extremely rude! Barbara acted like I was inconveniencing her for just walking up to the desk. I was sick and when I walked up before I could even get a word out, she sighed and said, you need to give me a minute Im doing something! Totally inconsiderate. Then after waiting ten minutes for her to speak to me, she said she couldnt verify my insurance and that I may or may not be getting billed for everything. Only went because it was a weekend and I will not be going back!

One person is responsible for the entire process. The treatment, data, record keeping, payment transaction, insurance verification, etc. What should be a quick visit is a long, tedious process. It would be more efficient if there were two or three employees. More than anything it breaks my heart to see this glimpse into the future. I wont be going back while I still have a choice.

Barbara working the front desk is VERY rude. This is the second time I have gone and have her Talk down to me like I am a child. I know everyone has bad days, but having this happen a second time makes me think she is always like this. I was very sick and was not in the mood to have someone yell at me about a change of name and address. I will not be back to this location.

I am very pleased with my visit. I was seen promptly and the person at the desk was friendly and efficient. Toni checked listened to my problems, checked them out and even though my ailment was viral in nature, gave me some good advice about OTCs that would help my symptoms. I recommend the clinic at Poplar and Byhalia!

Even though we live in Cordova, we held a spot at this location in Cville to reduce wait time. Karen checked us in and was very nice and helpful. My 16 year old sick daughter and I both enjoyed meeting NP Toni Williams, who was very personable, patient, and helpful.

The nurse here is probably the only one in Memphis that will not give you a sinus cocktail shot. My visit was a waste of money. If I wanted to spend money on Flonase and sudafed I wouldnt have gone to see someone.
