The doctors I had was not very good . I only go to uc when I cannot make it to my doctor and only when I really need to be seen .They do not think outside the box. If its not a clear solution they move on. To me if someone comes to you with an issue. You follow all the proper protocol and rule out each option. You also listen. I was not listened to and only outspoken and told I was wrong. The key to good service is to listen. If I had a cough they would probably say I had a cold . But they probably wouldnt listen to my lungs or think hmm this isnt your common cold . I wonder if he has bronchitis and move forward with other tests . This to me is the bottom of the health system . Easy money for them and no thought put in . Its sad because not all uc doctors are bad. I suggest taking your business elsewhere . Customer service is key . At a general practioner they dont just give up. They search for what may be the problem . I guess I just set my expectations too high for this place .

I went here twice in an attempt to get help with a persistent cough that was preventing me from sleeping. The first time I came in I heard my doctor bad mouthing skinny people in the front office where everyone could hear and then I heard her talking about me outside my door telling the staff they wouldnt find anything in my tests before they were run. I was horrified at how unprofessional they were being. The second time I was still having a persistent cough preventing my sleep so I went back in desperation so they gave me medication that didnt even slightly help my cough. I told her I was skeptical it would help and asked what I should do if it didnt help since I was desperately tired. I was told I could call but when I called the doctor I saw wasnt going to be in for another 4 days and if I wanted help any sooner then I would have to pay for another visit. Needless to say I am not returning... Terrible experience.

This was my first ever visit to an urgent care. Based on some nightmarish experiences my sisters had gone through at other urgent care locations (a visit about a sore throat somehow turned into an interrogation about my parents drinking habits, for example) I walked in expecting the worst. My visit, however, could not have been more pleasant. The person at the front desk was friendly and helpful, the emergency medic who did my initial evaluation was affable, quick but thorough, and never seemed to rush me, and the physician was really down-to-earth. Dr. Zweig spoke casually and informatively and addressed all of my concerns. This urgent care is clearly well-organized and the staff seem to be genuinely invested in patients wellness. I will be coming back (hopefully not soon!) next time Im in need of urgent care.

I arrived a little early, but the efficient, friendly receptionist pulled up my file gave me my paperwork and I was signed in minutes. I struck up a brief conversation with the two other ladies behind the desk who were very affable. I was taken to an exam room and within minutes a nurse practitioner came in took my vitals, examined me and had a diagnosis. She was knowledgeable, professional and communicative. She answered all my questions, went over the medications that she was going to prescribe addressed my concerns and answered my questions about the medications. Called in prescriptions that were actually ready for me when I got to the pharmacy! I was back home starting my recovery in about an hour.

We got to the urgent care fairly early in the morning, everyone was ready to assist us as quickly and effective as possible. My husband, and myself were there to get flu shots and I also needed an x-ray. They were quick to get us started, and on top of it my husband deathly afraid of needles, they made it so much fun! We even had a few laughs to ease his anxiety. My sister who is Down Syndrome was also with us, but not needing any medical care, they were very helpful in assisting her with us while we were getting our vaccinations. We will return to this location again, because they were so amazing and helpful, I can honestly say going to the "doctor" was a great experience!

I was seen almost immediately after filling out a brief medical history by a nurse, then the actual Dr. On duty. She was very helpful... Listen to my issues and ran some test to narrow down the possibilities and quickly made determinations. I was out quickly and got prescriptions and was on my way to wellness. I had been so sick for days and was very happy to be seen in a timely manner and back in bed having taken the first dose. By far the best experience Id ever had in an emergency situation. Any more health issues for me and Ill be making a beeline for this urgent care. It was the *bees knees*

Showed up mid-morning and there was no wait. Receptionist gave me help on filling out the form (Im a college student doing my own health care for the first time and didnt know how to fill some of it out). The nurse and nurse practitioner were both very friendly and clear. The nurse practitioner diagnosed me with strep throat and prescribed medicine and shots, and I started to feel better within a few hours. (This was after two days of misery, so it was much appreciated.) The nurse administered the shots well and I felt very comfortable the whole time. Overall a really great experience.

Overall great experience. Was seen within 15 minutes of arrival. Nurse practitioner addressed the issue with medication on site as well as prescription for antibiotics. My only suggestion is for the person at the front desk. Instead of asking for your ID an d insurance card first before saying anything else, it would be nice to hear a welcome like " Hi, welcome to Urgent Care. We will need to get some information to get you started " . That approach depersonalize a the experience.

I went on Saturday afternoon (March 4th 2017) with respiratory issues and a uncured bronchitis; I was received with courtesy and professionalism; each member listened to the symptoms I described and determined the procedures as I went along; meanwhile I had x-rays, the physician called a pulmonary specialist to discuss my problem and to ensure Ill receive an appropriate treatment. I had a great experience and I strongly recommend the place!

As a visitor to the St. Louis area, I didnt know who to turn to when I suddenly became Ill. My daughter found OUR Healthcare through a search on her phone. What a wonderful stroke of good luck! The facility was staffed with understanding, nice people. They made me feel as if my health was priority #1. The entire building was spotless, and I was in and out of this urgent care center very quickly.

I am an MD whose son just enrolled at Wash U. He needed an xray while I was dropping him off for college. The physican, xray tech & receptionist @UCR were all efficient, pleasant and professional. I am comforted to know that my son has this Urgent Care Center nearby so that he can go there if he has any medical issues while he is away at college now that I have returned home to Connecticut.
