Im about to age off my parents insurance, and Im worried Dr. Dumas wont be on whatever insurance I am able to sign up for. Not only is it super convenient for me to get to from my office downtown, but it feels very personal and very relaxed. My first experience with a different dentists office in Memphis was awful; often Friday afternoons are the easiest time for me to get off and the first office I visited had trouble with my insurance and seemed to be frustrated with me that their system couldnt find the insurance info no other dentist had had a problem with (possibly due to the pitcher of margaritas that I overheard had already been ordered at a remote location). Dr. Dumas couldnt be more opposite. Im sure if you indicated you were in a rush the team would move quickly but otherwise, Dr. Dumas really takes her time, knows all her clients by name; listening to her talk on the phone to patients sounds like shes joking around with old friends. This office is the intersection of Southern hospitality and dentistry. If you arent frequently downtown, its worth the parking fee.

I recently needed full mouth x-rays, a thorough cleaning, and six cavities filled, including one of my molars. Ive had dentists whose work is definitely shoddy. Who do I see? The best - and I did. Dr. Dumas is my newest and possibly the best dentist Ive ever had. It is time someone told others of this. I have been extremely pleased with all of the work Ive had done (and it has been a lot). Dr. Dumas really took an interest in making sure I was taken care of - Finding a good service provider is hard. Its a lot like finding a good hair barber; once you find someone, you stick with them. The office environment (located in Raymond James Tower) is surprisingly warm, and inviting. The wait is extremely minimal; Ive been to 5 appointments and the longest Ive waited is 5 minutes. Her receptionist is great with scheduling. I highly recommend Dr. Dumas. Her work is top notch and she and staff are extremely nice; shes definitely not one of the uppity, crusty doctor types!

Dr Dumas came highly recommended and after having her as my doctor for 3 years, I truly know why. After moving around for 25 years I have learned how difficult it is to find a good doctor, little alone a great one. What I found in Dr Dumas and her staff was a place where they know who I am and what I am about. They are incredibly consistent in their promptness, communications, positive attitudes and overall professionalism. Dr Dumas offers a well skilled set of hands, a great personality and is so good at putting me at ease (and I am one that has not had the most pleasant of DDS experiences) I know that my appointment will be quick and my treatment well done! I encourage anyone looking for a GREAT dentist to go to Dr Dumas!

Dr. Kelli has given me several "firsts" during my 2nd half of life: 1. The first time I ever laughed (many times) in a dentists office 2. The first time I ever said (aloud, to friends, even!), "I absolutely love my crowns" 3. The first time I met a professional who is as OCD, perfectionistic, and passionate about her work as I am 4. The first time I ever found myself looking FORWARD to going to the dentist (!) 5. The first time Ive ever fully trusted a dentist to do whats best for ME (and ONLY what is best for me). Kelli is a one-of-a-kind. Funny, smart, and incredibly talented. She makes going to the dentist a deliciously intriguing experience that leaves me smiling!

Ive visited Dr. Dumass office 3 times in the past 2 months and I have had a very positive experience each time. I had to force myself to go back to the dentist after a 10 year stretch where I was just too nervous to go (but that was before I met Dr. Dumas and her staff). Dr. Dumas made sure to hear me out as to why I was so nervous about going to the dentist, and has exceeded my expectations on how pleasant a visit to the dentist can really be. I would highly recommend a visit if you are looking for a dentist who can help you overcome a fear of visiting the dentist, or if youre looking for a good dentist.

Great dentist! Not only does she know her stuff, but shes very accommodating. She once fixed a crown for me on a weekend, and today happily saw me even though I thought my appointment was an hour later than it really was. You cant beat the location if you live or work downtown, shes always good for a laugh, and she has never once tried to upsell me on unnecessary dentistry...quite the opposite, in fact. She once tried to talk me out of paying for a porcelain crown when a (non-precious) metal one would do. Ive been her client for 10 years. Great, trusted provider.

When my former dentist closed her practice due to illness, a friend who is a dental hygienist recommended Kelli Dumas. I have been very happy with her work and I am (sadly) an experienced dental patient with multiple dental issues. I have been through crowns, crown lengthenings, root canals, implants and fractures and have received excellent care as well as referrals to specialists when needed. I have never had to wait and the staff is both friendly and professional. When I have had an emergency they have gotten me in right away. I highly recommend Dr Dumas.

Dr. Dumas puts my dentist fears to bed. I have always been deathly afraid of going to the dentist for one reason or another ( and yes I have a great set of chompers), mainly due to the tooth whistle or Mr. Bumpy (Dont ask she can explain). Either way every visit that I have had there has been more than enjoyable. She has an amazing staff that are very welcoming and quite humorous. I would definitely recommend Dumas to anyone who is looking for a pleasant and fun dental visit(Never thought I would say that). Enjoy and keep on smiling!!!

If youre searching for a great dentist, then look no further. This is where you need to be.....at 3D-Dynamic Dr. Dumas. The entire staff is awesome and truly friendly. I felt as if I have been going to Dr. Dumas all my life...and this was my 1st visit. She is wonderful. The office is nice and clean. Everyone is genuinely nice and professional! I found her on the internet and Im so glad I did. #professionalprocedures I had a major extraction and stitches and Im in no major pain-even when my mouth came back to life. #happypatient

Im currently an extern student at Dr. Dumas office and working chairside with her is an amazing experience. She make coming to work fun shes so ambitious, poliet, kind, sweet, has a good heart shes very blunt about things she say and thats ok! I like working with her because shes fun i would love coming to work everyday and do chairside with her this women is marvelous! She talks alot but she gets the job done shes amazing at what she do! I would recommend anyone to here!

My wife referred me to Dr. Dumas many years ago and I am so glad she did. Doc and I are both originally from Arkansas and we cut up and have fun while I am in the chair. She asks about my kids, my wife, my job and she really cares about me as a person. Plus she is one heck of a dentist! She has had to pull some of my teeth, fill some, she can do it all! I wouldnt go anywhere else. My whole family loves her because she is the best dentist we have ever been to.
