I must confess, I read reviews A LOT, but almost never write them. Shiloh Chiro is the exception. I visited them a few weeks ago following a pretty brutal vehicle accident. My major complaint was the onset of daily intense headaches. After the initial evaluation, Dr. Rice diagnosed me with cervical strain (from whiplash) as well as my doctors diagnosis of torn muscles in my shoulder. Long story short, Dr. Rice ordered my X-Rays and CT scans from the hospital before ever touching me until he confirmed my injuries. Since I was in so much pain and discomfort, he rescheduled me for later on THE SAME DAY! The quality of service, interaction with the staff, and professionalism is continuous and you never feel like a number. They all go above and beyond to call you by name, ask you about your family or how you are feeling. The customer service here is impeccable and they genuinely care. I could go on....

Ive known Dr. Rob for a decade now and was really excited last week when I was in his office to find out hes growing into a new building! I dont know any other local business owner who independently has worked with so many fundraisers and community events either. Dr. Rob is totally "hands on" (pun intended) with all parts of his business from his patient care to business management. He cares deeply about his staff, and even keeps strange hours to give them more personal time while accommodating the convenience schedules for his patients. He doesnt just work with injuries and whole body health, he works with infants as well as the disabled. A friend of mine whose adult son is wheelchair bound with cerebral palsy was adjusted there a few years ago and I remember she cried telling us about it because shed never seen his muscles and body relax like that as an adult.

Personally, most physician-office visits are nothing but an anxiety-riddled endeavor--but this doesnt apply in the slightest to my visits at Shiloh Chiropractic. The staff and physicians are among the friendliest people Ive ever met, and every single one of them has an "above-and-beyond" approach to ensuring that youre satisfied with your chiropractic care. The treatments are also extremely affordable, with or without insurance, which is something you dont often find associated with top-notch services. I can honestly say that Id never consider going to any other chiropractor, and would recommend this location to anyone interested in chiropractic care.

I am five years old. (My mom is typing this for me because I cant spell yet by myself.) I have been fighting cancer. These are my friends and they are making my (Make-A-Wish) wish come true. I get to go to Disney World in Florida with my family and I get to meet princesses. I am so happy. My mom started bringing me to see Dr. Rice and Dr. Keim even while I was having chemo. I wasnt sure about it at first, but then I found out they were super nice and they were gentle. I like the clicky thing. They make me feel good and it doesnt even hurt when I have an adjustment. I like to see Natalie and play games too. Everyone is so nice.

Dr. Rice always takes the time to hear what I came in for and anything extra that he could improve. He asks which method I would prefer to make sure that I am comfortable during my adjustments and makes sure I am good to go before guiding me out. The people at the desk are very friendly and the office and building are very clean. I can tell that he really does care about his patients and wants them to be well. I recommend Dr. Rice to anyone that has considered chiropractic care and doesnt want to worry about the doctors competency or being just another bill.

This is an excellent place to get chiropractic care. Dr. Rice and Dr. Keim get lots of credit for that. I think they should highlight their licensed massage therapist, Liz. She does a great job. Once the lights dim in the therapy room, I guarantee you will be completely relaxed as she works. I also found out that her massage table even has a place where you can rest your arms. So many of the tables Ive encountered allow you to let them hang free/drag the floor. Book an hour with Liz. You wont be disappointed.

Every visit is personable, friendly and professional. I came to the office a couple of years ago, emotional and at my wits end. Physical therapy and meds were not giving me relief. My consult with Dr. Rice immediately put me at ease and I felt like he believed how much discomfort I was in and it wasnt in my head. After a few treatments I noticed a SIGNIFICANT difference and I continue to go back regularly. I cant imagine not having Shiloh Chiropractic on my team! Give them a try, you wont regret it!

Best. Chiropractic Office. EVER! Seriously. I came in for migraines, and I havent had issues with them in quite some time now. I also was seen following a car accident and I know that having been a patient prior to the accident, and then coming here following it made a huge difference in just how fast I was back to work. Everybody is always friendly here, and I leave feeling amazing. I look forward to getting my adjustments and I wouldnt consider going anywhere else.

This is better than any pill I could ever take without the side effects. The Doctors and staff are warm and friendly. I feel that Doctors Rice, Keim, and Glasco really care about ones health and wellbeing. I cant imagine going anywhere else. They make you want to come back for more!
