Im writing on behalf of my parents experience at this clinic. In the years that my father has had this clinic as his primary provider not once has he received appointment reminders. My mother had updated the phone number in their system and requested that they call her for anything (considering my fathers condition) and it was never done. There was never any attempt to make contact at her number even if it was just to see if he was alive. The day that my mother finally got my father to want to go and get his labs done, after 2 years of not being seen, she received insults and was disrespected by a few employees. My father was not comfortable with his doctor and when my mom requested a change she was told he had to request it (again his diagnosis should have been taken into account for this request). Here we are today and apparently this doctor doesnt know how to write a letter either. Smh. Hopefully, they fix everything thats wrong with their quality of service and Im happy they are no longer assigned here.
