Been waiting on a phone call to receive my glasses and no one has called so I decided to visit today on Wednesday 22 2017 at around 3:00 . Nobody is there and doors were locked and also nobody answered my phone calls . They are supposed to be open right now and all I wanted to do was pick up my glasses !!! The hours are on this website and on there door so I dont understand why no one was there and no one answered me . Very disappointing

Dr. Parsons was great, but the staff was very rude and unfriendly. Going back for my follow-up, then switching asap.
