I cant believe what that staff member(s). That young lady in the eyewear department. My second exam this year with glasses and rx shades Thought I found somewhere that my family and I can be comfortable. I purchased a pair of computer glasses very expensive Eyewear I might add silhouettes I know i have warranty for a year. There was a repair needed. I was told to bring them in , i know i did not need to leave them at the office for repair they are to order the appliance when it come i bring my glasses in the new appliance is to be added as I waited. I am wearing glasses because I can not see close up . Because of this young woman who let her personal get in her way held my glasses for days 4 to be exact I am struggling at work , took them in on a Thursday, Tuesday the next week I have not heard from the office I am struggling at work readers is not a good thing, I called the office the appliance have not came in yet she says, i am really struggling to do my job. I ask came I come at them because at this point my headache has gotten really bad because of not having my eyewear, they will call me when it come in but I need my Eyewear I need to see clearly. Ok they agreed I can pick them up and bring them back when the appliance come in this time they say its on back order. She says you didnt have to leave them we would of called you in, now I think i am more disappointed than angry. I had to remind that young lady I had her to go into my file to give me my numbers so that I can buy readers. Because I am struggling trying to do my job. But anyway when I get to the office O Father God it was obvious they had messed up. They said my part came in and my very expensive computer Eyewear is repaired. I hope the office have a chance to read this, and i am not bad mouthing anyone. I consider myself a good person, they lied to me and I want you at Hubbell to know i know my glasses was not repaired they are still in two pieces, when i took them off my face they came apart. I have had no bad experience until then, everyone, well not everyone that big tall guy and that young lady apparently have issue and I will not say it out loud. Like I said I have had two exams my first year with them i used contacts maybe I should of stayed in contacts. Here I have these beautiful Silhouettes and can not use them. Because that young lady and that big guy. Lied to me, my Silhouettes are still under warranty and the staff knows this. I hope they treat you better than they treated me. Oh yeah, I know dr. I came in today via a friends recommendation to purchase a pair of glasses. I was met by a woman who never bothered to tell me her name. Her response to all my concerns was that I should return to the place I purchased my present glasses from even though I repeatedly told her I wasnt going to do that and I was there to purchase another pair until she decided that she was going to refuse to accept my prescription because, she claimed, it needed to be signed by the doctor I got it from.. I am discussed and appalled by her unprofessionalism. She was cold, rude and completely uninterested in helping me from the moment I walked in. the entire experience was very disheartening.

My husband and I have gone to Dr Hubbell since the beginning of time...he was recommended to us...and he has never steered us wrong...I did go to one other eye doctor before him due to having migraines....he prescribed glasses which did nothing..then started going to Dr Hubbell...the first thing he advised me was I had no prescription lenses.. just plain glass...have gone to him ever since and recommend him whenever I can...he and his staff are friendly and sensitive....and very thorough

I was recommended to Dr. Hubbell 8 years ago, and I have not gone anywhere else since then. His exams are thorough and appropriate for gathered health history, such as hypertension or diabetes. He provides explanations appropriate for the patients understanding and is very personable. The receptionists are always very friendly and courteous. The technicians in the office and eyewear deparment are credentialed and knowledgeable. You wont be sorry.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of everyone i met during my visit, but Dr. Hubbell in particular was outstanding. In over 50 years of wearing glasses, ive never had an opthamologist spend the time that he did going over the tests, and explaining to me what they meant, what he recommended, and why.

I have been going to Dr. Hubbell and staff for many years. They treat me with friendliness always. You are seen at your appointment time (unlike the big box stores in town!) and a nice homey feel. Not too many doctors who run their own office the old-fashioned way. My whole family loves this place.

Local Events

Had another GREAT experience here today! I needed new nose pads for my glasses. Walked in and walked out within 10 minutes. It took so long because I had questions about the next pair of sunglasses. I really appreciate Hubbell Eye Clinic for their honesty, timelines, patience. THANK YOU!

Small, limited selection of frames. Walmart optical has just as good and some same product offerings and much faster service. If after 20 minutes you dont get service here, head to Walmart like I did.
