Worst Experience Ive ever had, bar none. it is now May 17th, and I have been trying unsuccessfully to obtain a CPAP replacement mask since the last week of April. Everyone I spoke to gave me a different story. First Pickens Medical Supply (local subsidiary of Rotec) said they didnt receive the records from my prior provider. These had to be sent three times. then they said they needed a prescription from Dr. That was sent. Then they said the Dr. didnt include enough information, and my doctor had to submit additional information. Then they let it sit in their office almost a week before submitting it to "Sleep Central" which is apparently Rotecs supplier for CPAP masks. Sleep Central guaranteed me that they had all the info they needed and I would receive my mask in 3- 5 days. After almost another week, I called today, and guess what? Supposedly, they are no longer a Medicare competitive bidder, so they cannot complete my order!!! (They KNEW I had Medicare from DAY 1) I need to start the entire process with another company now. Oh and by the way, I can no longer use my old mask since the rubber around the face mask is completely shot and will not hold suction. I plan on reporting to Medicare as well.
I cancelled the auto ship program for cpap replacement parts. They sent the tubes and filters anyway. I returned the supplies unopened and still continue to receive a bill for $13. I have tried to just pay the bill through Rotechs 3rd party payment processor just to be done with it, no luck. I have called Rotech 3 times now to try to make the payment over the phone, but after being on hold for about 10 minutes their system gives you a automated message about business hours and everyone being busy then disconnects you. The one time I was able to get through the customer service agent asked me for my account number after I gave it to her she said thats not the right number and just hung up. Horrible customer service. It really shouldnt be this hard to pay a bill for $13
This company has no concept of what customer service is, I have now been waiting for over a month to get a response. Neither their corporate office or local offices have a clue of what is going on. There is just no communication, I wonder how this company stays profitable.
No customer service. Literally cant even call them because the line is always busy, so I cant leave a message either. Calling my insurance company to change from Rotech to a different provider. Unacceptable service.
Company took co-pay from me a week and a half ago, yet no one has called to "fit" me for my mask and machine. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!
Wouldnt recommend this company to anyone after I just got off the phone with one rude woman.
