how do you speak to a person from the branch I get my oxygen delivered from the newman ga. branch but if for some reason I dont get to my phone oxygen is not delivered if they call from neman office and I return call it goes to some person that has no idea what call fom there was always out of state.but my delivery service continues to get worse If I can speak to a person from the newman branch i woud sure iike that

Would give this place zero stars if possible. Extremely incompetent business. Steer clear. They do not know how to file for Medicare reimbursement. They ask for the same documentation over & over. They continue to harass my husband with automated phone calls more than a year after we stopped using them.

How difficult is it to answer the phone? Is it really necessary that I speak to someone overseas? It would be very nice to speak to the immediate people I deal with in Newnan, Ga. Can someone please tell me why I cannot call the office in Newnan directly? WTH?!
