I has worked in home health care for 12 years with 3 different companies. Maxim is completely focused on quality care & client satisfation. Maxim applicants are heavily screened for skills, communication, & appropriate professionalism. Maxim is the ONLY company that I have found that provides & requires on-line webinar training for every aspect of client care, medicare & medicaid compliance, & company policies & procedures. Maxim also requires yearly skills fair of all field staff with comprehensive job performance evaluations. Maxim has maintained a 97% or higher shifts filled average. Satifaction surveys are routinely done with clients. Maxim also has an extensive grievance resolution program that is available for staff, clients, & families. The multiple lines of communication are open 24/7. Every issue is investigated fully, solutions created, & follow up provided. At Maxim, quality is more than a tag line. It is the fiber of our care!

If you are a nurse that values your license stay the HELL away from these people. My first clue should have been the HOURS of CORPORATE COMPLIANCE training that we were forced to go through because Maxim had committed Medicaid Fraud with their billing procedures. And been found GUILTY of it. Yeah. It gets worse and worse with every shift. All about the almighty dollar, patients and staff be damned in the process. Go ANYWHERE else. Trust me.
