They are Accredited: BrightStar is the only non-medical home care company in Kentucky that is backed by the Joint Commission Accreditation, guaranteeing the absolute highest standards in patient safety and quality of care. They are Attentive: BrightStar employs individuals that are both caring and compassionate, with a genuine passion for serving others. This passion for service is evident in every aspect of BrightStars operations, and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking the best care for a loved one.

Bright Star is a great place to use to assist you in covering your needs. It is a Christian faith based company who practice their beliefs in the manor you are treated and assisted. The staff is quite helpful and go out of their way to ensure your needs are met. When you call to see about assistance the office staff goes above and beyond to ensure the right person is going to meet your needs. The staff personnel selected to assist you is very caring and concerned about you and your needs this caring manor is shown by the way they treat you with respect and concern in meeting your needs. They are quite a special group I highly recommend using them

When its all said and done, BrightStar does indeed CARE. In an industry focused on teaching the "hard science" to an employee base rife with turnover, BrightStar Care actually addresses both CARING for people, and maybe more importantly, continuity of care of people. BrightStar constantly strives to first establish, and then continually improve, their relationships with patients, their loved ones, other care providers, and coworkers. As someone who has been involved in senior, disabled, and special needs care for 15 years, if my family needs further in-home care, working with BrightStar will be required, no question.

I really enjoyed the continuing education on stroke care you provided in February. Dr Abou-Chebl was very knowledgeable and the staff of BrightStar were very organized and pleasant to work with. I also met one of the owners, Chris, who was very hospitable and encouraged me to attend future continuing education courses. He and his wife appear to have a genuine interest in helping others not only with their agency but by combining resources with others (such as Elder Law) in order provide a holistic approach to their clients. I look forward to working with BrightStar again in the future.
