I have been going here since i was little. This office had change to the wose. That lady Susan in the office (assistance manager) she has no come and sense and I realy dont know how she is a assistance...very unprofessional dont know how to talk to patients. the frontend people dont know how to cancel or make appointment or CALL to confirm appointment so when you dont show up they dont want you back as a patient. They are not understanding of there patients NEEDS. They charge you for seeing a doctor that dont nothing for someone who was in pain and make them get a clean and the play around for a week before i got to see my original doctor to tell me that i need the tooth pulled. I WILL NOT RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE TO ANYONE THEY SUCK...... The owner really need to look in to this. IF I COULD I WOULD NOT GIVING 1 STAR. THEY WOULD GET A ZERO..

On February 2015 I came to visit Dr. Gasser hoping that he could repair some poor quality dentistry that I have had. It took me a while to find a dentist that expressed interest on your smile design. I also wanted a dentist that had the ability to perform the job with the upmost detail and care. Dr. Gasser make you feel at home as soon as you come in. I was impressed by Dr. Gasser immaculate work! He is not only a perfectionist but also shows interest on what your needs are. No swelling was present after the surgery. I used to dislike going to the dentist, but now I enjoy seeing my dentist and placed my confidence and trust on a highly professional individual. Now my all family will use Dr Gasser.

The staff is generally good with our daughter. They are a higher cost than similar providers in the market. We had to come in suring the Wimbledon finals. The staff said they could not change the channel, eveb when Sarena Williams is in an historic finals championship match to tie Stefi Graafs record. We had to warch Buddy the dog videos in the waiting room. Edit: lowering star count. The Herbst appliance is very problematic. Despite repeated fixes, the device breaks and we have to schedule time to come back for repairs.

Although the dentist was good, it was what followed the initial appointment that disappoints me. Having been given a price for a filling, I made an appointment to have the work done. After the filling was done, I was told that the bill would be more than double what I was originally told. But thats not all. A few weeks later, now the bill is more than triple what I was initially told it would be. When I called to talk to them about it, I was essentially told "Too bad. Youre responsible for the balance."

Clean, pleasant, I couldnt believe how big it actually is and how many workers. Each person I encountered was very nice and helpful. Very thorough exam! And passed me along to someone to discuss financing and insurance which was also very helpfu! Im glad I read the other reviews first, Im sticking to this place!

Gave me hard time till they fixed the miss-estimation that they did it and not professional to handle the issue. I been informed that the manger will call me later after I asked to see him but hes never done . And hes not responded to the my email complain. I will not go back to this place again.
