Dr Wagner Nurse Sara And Kim are great problem is with non medical trained staff Patrick, Monica and the receptionists make descisions in whether you get to talk to the dr or not.Still have reaction to meds 2 days later.Asked to talk to Dr Wagner and msgs never given to her.I know this as Dr Wagner has had to adress them before Sara has also.Im sure Sara has her hands full apologizing and making things right.Ask to speak with Sara or Kim same results. The receptionists laugh at you and hang up even. When you question there authority to do so you get Patrick who says he will get dr to call yet he never does. They will get a Monica who claims to be medically trained yet has no knowledge of basic questions who is just as rude. When you question ti much a receptionist will pop on the line and tell you to quit calling and threaten you with calling police for harrassment.Who will help if someone feels ita an emergency.Dr Wagner and Nurse Sara and Kim tell you to ask for them.Sara even goes as far as gives her ext.number to tell the receptionist. They give you a card all numbers there yet you are not allowed to talk ti them. The bureacrats even wont let you talk to emergency Dr on call.I think quth my case dye ti state insurance ro me not important enough.I kniq the little team that cares fir me and my elderly family member cares.Sara and Kim have gine above and veyi d to rectify any situation si has Dr Wagner only problem is you only get to contact them online or appointments. The others make descision on whether or not they can talk to you when you call.I have to wait till Monday now to get checked out.I pray this gets addressed before someone gets seriously ill or worse.Kuddos to Dr.Wagner and her little reliable staff you will love them.I am glad to see that I am not the only one to complain about the unprofessionalism of the non trained medical staff.I mentioned this to Patrucj he said they were fake.He also told me to call this morning to Dr Wagner to get emergency appt for reactions to a pnemonia shot or tramadol.Did that all day ti no avail.Kim by chance took my call. She was great but her hands were tied as Dr Wagner and Sara had already gone for the day.I am primary caregiver for an elderly family member who is also a patient of Wagners.I gear gor him they di this to me what will they do to him.And isnt there a legal issue for a receptionist to threaten a patient in distress with the police.I think these that are at fault are better off crissimg the street and working fir McDonalds you cant kill a fry. Also the one who threatened me was Vickie.Monica got upset when I asked about there mortality rate. Will have ti check with medicare the place us listed as physicians owned. The Drs are nit even getting there moneys worth.Hopefully all thise involved will be ready ri say will you like fries with that.Patrick all ge could be was a team leader Old Ronald wouldnt even make you a manager.M i nica and the rest are only fit for toilet scrubbers.Wonderful labs though. The ladies there are nit rude in person and gal who takes my blood is a sweetheart.I hadnt been ti a dr in yrs so its all getting checked. Also Im a brand new patient secind visit and tge non medical staff qho like to make medical descisions qhich border on illegal are my first impression of the place.I will go for Dr Wagner Kimand Sara.My relative loves them ro so I will put up with the many disgraceful actions put ti me.They do that to my kin thats another story.

DO NOT GO HERE. This place lacks customer service, general respect, ethical conduct, and morality. First of all, the Doctor I saw, Dr. Chasteen, made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. He responded to all of my health issues with prescriptions and when I told him that I felt uncomfortable with a certain prescription for legitimate reasons he did not offer an alternative. Rather, he argued to me that I should definitely take the drug. He did not treat me as a human being, but rather as another thing that he had to move through the system. Second, what I mentioned above about prescriptions is exactly the kind of place this is. Dr. Chasteen had no concern for my health whatsoever. He was there to move me through the system as quickly as possible. For him, that meant just prescribing me things. He and the rest of Harvard Family Physicians are just there to make money. Third, on the topic of money, Harvard Family Physicians declined to inform me that my first appointment was not the check-up appointment that I thought I was signing up for. Given my insurance, the blood test that I took and the services I received during my appointment should have been free. However, Harvard Family Physicians was negligent and did not tell me that my first appointment is actually a "get to know you" session, and therefore is not covered at all by my insurance. Fourth, I have since been attempting to speak with customer service at Harvard Family Physicians about this misunderstanding/miscommunication/lack of communication. They have consistently been rude to me on the phone, as well as completely and utterly incompetent. They repeatedly tell me that the supervisor is in a meeting and that theyll call me back after. They do not ever call me back. Please avoid this place at all costs. My experience here has caused me emotional, psychological, and financial strain. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. From my experience, you will waste your time and your money. You will also surround yourself with people that are invested an institution that does not care about you. Their actions, and particularly Dr. Chasteens actions, are in direct violation of the Hippocratic Oath. Do not be a victim to this place.

My wife and I have been very well attended by Dr. Jeffrey Chasteen for the last five years, and I wish to recommend him as a most capable and exceptional physician in his ability to gather the facts about our current symptoms, and has been very successful in analyzing and diagnosing the source of problem at hand. His astute intuitive questioning and examination are careful, methodical, and un-rushed. He is knowledgeable and well read on proven medical and non-medical treatments, as well as, the most current results of case and clinical trial studies. Dr. Chasteen always seeks to provide the greatest measure of remedy or relief via nonprescription therapeutic means first, and then when necessary is proficient in prescribing the optimal but no greater than necessary medical and or medicinal regimens. He has pursued difficult to diagnose conditions with steady determination and utilizes all available resources as necessary in order to make the most accurate determinations. In addition, Dr. Chasteen takes a keen interest in personalizing his interaction toward ensuring all our questions and concerns are fully understood and thoroughly addressed. Moreover, he strives to maintain the continuity of the rapport he first established with us for each subsequent visit regardless of the length of time between appointments.

Dr. Collins the chiropractor on the 3rd floor is a nice person. Hes a young chiropractor and has much still to learn, but his young woman up front is nice and considerate. However, there are a few concerns: 1) He doesnt do x-rays. Doesnt like the radiation. But I think that doing x-rays help the doctor see whats inside and what to correct. Adjusting without them can make the chiropractor adjust wrong. 2) He gives everyone the exact same care. People arent the same and need different type of treatment. You have to explain to him each time how the adjustment took for him to know how to help you. There are other chiropractors who dont need you to tell them what to do. I like a doctor who knows me and where it doesnt seem I have to treat myself each time. 3) He adjusts your neck in a chair. I dont like it this way, feels like someone is pulling my head off. And the motions leaves a tingling sensation down my legs. Ive requested him not to adjust my neck anymore. Anyway, besides those 3 things, hes a pretty good chiropractor. And again, hes young in his business and needs more experience. Im sure as time passes, hell improve. As a plus: he doesnt force his adjustments!!! ^___^
