I am extremely disappointed in this clinic. I usually go to a different Nebraska Medicine clinic, where I have had nothing but the best care, however in a time crunch and lack of availability at my usual office, I opted to check out the Eagle Run clinic. Big Mistake. The front desk receptionist was the ONLY nice thing about the place. I tried to have simple talk with the tech who was getting my vitals, and she had 0 interest in communicating with me. Once we got into the exam room, she asked me several mandatory screen-er questions, all while she was rolling her eyes, and acting like she hated every second of her job. Now it was the Physicians turn to come in, and the first thing he said when he walked in the door, was "what can I do for you today?" Really? I felt like I was talking to a bank teller, not a Doctor. I explained my symptoms, and basically diagnosed myself, he simply agreed, and wrote me a prescription, and sent me on my way. Didnt shake my hand, or give me eye contact or act like he gave a hoot. I was just filling his pocket, or paying for a part of his vacation. So disappointing. I will never go back and never recommend this place.

I came here for after hours urgent care and the recepitionist and the PA were the only two things about the visit that were great. The nurse who did my vitals and everything seemed very disinterested in me and was very rude to me as well. Im extremely disappointed in the way I was treated by her. I really hope they give their employees a lesson in demonstrating compassion.
