Dr. Burchfiel is great! She helped when no other physician could get my medications straight. She was able to manage my anxiety and panic attacks and get me on correct dosages. I feel like I have more control now. She is also helping with my diabetes. Diabetes is not straightforward and it is a complicated disease. As far as the billing goes. I am billing and insurance at another practice. Thats what I do 45 hours a week for many years. I know what it entails and what protocol must be met to bill certain higher levels. I know Diabetes is a higher level. If you take multiple medications its a higher level. A previous reviewer said that this office doesnt care. i disagree. Insurance does not care! YOUR insurance company dictates what everyone has to pay and what they get paid. General practice physicians our not being paid well anymore. Also dont forget..most General Practices are now owned by the hospital. These physicians no longer have a say on how things are done. The hospital does. I will continue to praise Dr. Burchfiel and her staff. I will continue to refer everyone I know to her because they are in good hands with her. She is a caring physician!! She listens unlike others and wants you to do well. The money end is the hospital that owns her practice not her.

I love Dr. Burchfield! She was so good to my 18 year old daughter. She listened to all three issues and dealt with all of them. Im going to start seeing her myself.
