Everytime we come here the staff and doctor spends more time typing info into their computer system than actually looking at the patient and speaking to them. I have never waited less than an hour past my appointment time because they are always behind. They shuffle you around from room to room to check different things, before putting you in a room for the doctor to see you, so annoying when you are sick. I will never return and recommend you not waste your time!

I am a new patient, friend had a flat on the day of appointment and wanted to help out. Missed my appointment, called to reschedule and they said no, we save for only new patients only!!! I am new! Very rude kept saying you cant miss appointments! I cant rate the actual doctor, because I never had a chance to meet him. What a waste of my time. Well, I am glad this establishment wont get any of my money! Office staff particularly the Asian lady is RUDE!

Weve had Dr Scottie King as of family doctor since 2000 or 2001 when he was part of Firewheel Family Practice. He spends all the time he needs with us, and never acts like hes in a rush to be off to see the next patient. Without a doubt, when youre with him, you are his only patient! This often leads to appointments running into the next scheduled time, but id rather have this occur than a doctor who spends 5 minutes with you and then out the door.

Dr King has been the best doctor I have had the pleasure of seeing in my 45 year life. His casual interaction keeps me relaxed and comfortable. He was mine and my sons physician and he always solved every health issue that arose. I highly recommend him to everyone! You will not be disappointed. He is honest, caring, and you will feel like he is a part of your family.

For the second time was kept waiting over an hour passed my appointment time with no check in to let me know when and if it was happening. If this were a one time thing I could understand. Since its the second time gotta call it like I see it: the scheduling folks wont think twice about wasting your time.

Dr King is extremely thorough in his examination, which is a double edged sword. You might be in for a long wait if his previous patients required more time than expected. But Id rather wait and get thorough care than be rushed and get an incorrect diagnosis.

Dr. King treated me like a child and Im a full grown adult. He told me I didnt know anything about the medication Im on, when I do. I obviously know why Im on the medication Im on. He treated me like a I was ignorant and was very rude about my whole visit.

Bad service. The girl at the front desk does not care about the patients and is very rude. I didnt even get to see the Doctor at all, I saw a nurse. They didnt know how to work the x-ray machine either. Just changed my pcp.

One of the, if not the worst doctor offices I have ever been to. The doctor was very rude and didnt want to listen to how I felt, he came in with a pre-determined diagnostic that what I thought was far off from where I am.

Dr. King is an excellent doctor with great bedside manners. My whole family has used him for 14 years now. He is also well versed in allergy and asthma conditions versus going to an Allergy?Immunology/Asthma specialist.
