I would give them NO STARS if it were possible... Took my daughter there to receive 1 polio shot. Next time I came in lady briefly mentioned about unpaid co-pay from last visit. Explained to her it was an immuazation visit which is 100% covered under my insurance. She told me it would be corrected. Couple months later I got a bill in the mail for the co-pay. I called and again I was told it would be taken care of... I got another bill and I called my insurance.... They explained to me the doctors office was coding it incorrectly... I called again and explained if they would correct the coding they would get paid from my insurance... GOT A CALL FROM A DEBT COLLECTOR.... I NEVER HAVE ANY BILLS THAT GO INTO COLLECTIONS.... I called once again and left them know I need a resolution and I dont appreciate being sent to collections when all they had to do was call and let me know it has not been resolved. The office manger called me back and explained it was not a wellness visit because it was not an appointment and they would have done more like check her eyes and ears..(Why is it my fault they accept walk-ins???). I explain so because you did less things I owe $40... but if you have done more I would not owe ANYTHING... This is completely absurd!!! If I had owed the co-pay it would have been collected when I was there!!! They made the mistake - they should own up to it.... I called my insurance company and they called them - they LIED to my insurance and told them the reason my co-pay was not collected it because I DIDNT HAVE IT!!!!! excuse me I have no problems paying my bills if I had been asked for it and it was owed I would have paid it when I was there... Mater of fact I was the doctor a couple of weeks later and paid that co-pay for that visit because it was a sick visit, it was owed and they asked for my co-pay and I paid it!!! I can not believe they are lying and saying I didnt have the co-pay... SO youre telling me you let new customers walk-in... tell you I can not pay the co-pay and you still give them service... WOW... Absurd!!!

Never had a problem with these doctors. My son saw Dr. Smelter once when they were at the old location across from Dallas Regional. We have been to the Nurse Practitioner twice maybe three times at the new location. Janet has been a God send. I will have to admit that there was one time I had an issue with a nurse over the phone, I called about a much needed RX for my son and got pretty much yelled at because she was on lunch, I asked for the number to the front desk because I apparently wasnt calling that number and she hung up on me. But other than that I have never had an issue. My son was suffering from a serious stomach virus, and she sat down and talked to me about how to go about finding out what it was... She gave me the option to take him for a breath test or not... Same thing with me and my carpel tunnel syndrome. I havent had a primary care physician in a long time. I am so glad that I have found a place where I can feel my kids are well taken care of.

I have to say this was the worst facility I have ever visited. The staff, there are no words to describe how unprofessional they were. When I first visited and told the doctor I had an ongoing cough and projectile vomiting daily. He looked at me and said, "You havent coughed one time since youve been here" He did not offer any assistance. After two more visits and 7 months of being sick, they told me not to come back because of my "attitude". The nurse called in her supervisor and accused me of lying when I told her why I was upset. Thankfully, shortly thereafter, I found a doctor who listened, wrote me a prescription for my upper respiratory infection, a cough medicine and an inhaler and, after 7 months of my illness, within 3 days I was better. #GodIsGood so is #BedSideManner

Absolutely terrible office. Front nurse, older blonde, was terrible and rude over the phone and in person. Just a terrible women. One time a women came in to complain about her, and the nurse walked away and no one did a thing about it. I was told I was going to get checked for a heart murmur and never received a call to set that appointment, and when I called to do so myself they ignored all the information given. I was also given a test for anemia and no one ever called, or answered to give me the results. Obviously I went elsewhere for all this information. But I do not recommend this office to anyone. Im sure others had great experiences, but I definitely did not.

Wow the staff and nurse April are rude and do not attempt to help with certain things. I just over a month ago had lower back surgery and last year had total right hip replacement. But still felt like I was getting the pushed along. IF YOU LIKE FRIENDLY PEOPLE AND SERVICE DO NOT COME TO THIS OFFICE!!!!

Dr. De Los Santos is the best. His nurse Candace is too! Always a great experience. They are very encouraging and supportive and helpful. Love my Dr!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ive seen Dr Smelter twice, he reminds me (in a good way) of our old family doctor. Friendly office, Im glad theyre right in my neighborhood.
