Awful customer service. Been coming for years, one of my pairs of frame was broken, I come in with another frame and asked her if she can change them..she said she couldnt, I asked if we can search for one in the store.. we looked around, and she grabs one that cost $100, and leg seemed almost broken, she said shed give 25% off. I went to my car and went online and saw that the same pair was only $59.99 and I was charged $75.00. I went back inside and I let her know about this and she said "online is different" I made a comment "that its better for me then to buy online" and she shrugs her shoulders and says thats up to me...HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. Way to overpriced and cant seem to help anyone!
