I will tell you why these disgusting money grubbing uncaring discriminating doctors and administrator staff are rude and untrusting. My sister worked there for over 25 years. She did her job and was good. The new doctor and office manager were disgusted that she was overweight and told her she was not allowed to use s certain bathroom and that she needed to shower daily. My sister is not a pig and was raised in Melbourne her entire life in s good family. She was heavy and had a bad knee. The administrator said. "Im scared Im going to find Donna laying flat on her face upstairs. They bullied her due to her weight and excluded her from conversations and the manager would look her in the eye. Not only did they let her go based on no reason other than they didnt like that she was heavy but that she was in her 50s. Like I said. She spent her entire career dedicated to the office and they terminated her with out severance or benefits. this is a case of bullying and discrimination. I think these physicians are Greedy pigs who do not care about there loyal employees and fine people with disabilities disgusting. NEVER go there My whole family grew up in this town. My father worked at Harris and retired. He had four girls. He did not raise us to be anything but ethical, honest and productive. Im very upset as my sister is not only having anxiety, cant pay for her medications but now being bullied at an age that it should not happen. People in the medical field like I am are supposed to be compassionate for those who are different and accept others and shine tolerance for those who are not as perfect as yourself. The Apollo office his the offender. We will sue for bullying, discrimination for ageism and be disability. These people are uncaring money grubbing physicians who if your heavy. Will treat you differently. You may not get the best medical advice and treatment based on who you are. Like they treat their employees. Morgan and Morgan. I have a real distain for those who judge others based on there looks. She worked hard for over 30 years. Dont go there. Go to Orlando These people suck. They dont like fat or old people.

By far the worst office environment and logistical management I have ever seen. Seriously, how hard is it to answer a phone call. Story goes like this: I go in for an eye examination for contact lenses. Complaint #1: I waited 45 minutes before being seen by the Dr. 45 minutes is unacceptable in this day and age. Appointment goes well, I get a contact prescription and place an order for 4 boxes. More than a month goes by before my order finally comes in (Complaint #2). Thats absurd. If you order from an online retailer they come in within a week easily. While waiting for my order to arrive I called this place at least a dozen times. Thats right, a dozen. You will almost NEVER EVER get through (Complaint #3). You get their answering machine. How hard is it to answer someones phone call or at the very least, return their message in a timely manner? I cannot emphasize this enough: nothing is more frustrating than not being able to reach an establishment on the phone. It takes me 30 minutes to drive there from my work so if I make the trip Im eating an hour and a half just to check on my order. I ended up doing this one time and I almost flipped out. My order finally arrives so I make the drive over. I politely ask the person at the front desk to check on my order and she replies that only the Opthomologist can do that so I had to put my name on a list and wait 45 MINUTES just for someone to go into a back room and retrieve my contacts (Complaint #4)! RIDICULOUS. While I was waiting an elderly gentleman walked out frustrated after waiting for around an hour. Seriously, how hard is it to manage phone calls and a simple office environment? Clearly the management is incompetent. Avoid at all costs if you value your time and sanity.

Long time paitent along with wife. When her contacts ran out they said her Rx ran out and she needed a new exam. Would not been a problem if they could do it in 1 or 2 weeks but the best they could do was 2 MONTHS and they refused to let us get enough contacts to make it to the appointment. I guess Brevard Eye Center would rather have people go blind without contacts for a couple months rather than work something out with folks who been using this or the Suntree office for several years. Avoid this place unless you can plan all your vision problems months in advance.

The wait was always long, the staff uncaring. Planned for surgery in both eyes on different days. Both eyes were in the same condition. The right eye surgery was so painful that I passed out and they had to call for medical assistance. I can honestly tolerate pain quite well. Left eye surgery was cancelled. My right eye continues to get worse. My left eye has had no change.

Have been trying to schedule eye surgery for more then two weeks. When they didnt call us we tried calling them. No one answers the phone it just rings and rings. Have tried calling different numbers and stopping in the office. The scheduler is always unavailable. This is not how you run a business.

I am disabled due to back and neck injury and stroke after a car wreck hit by drunk driver. When I went there for an eye exam I was treated like I was scum of the Earth. I will never go back again. Shame on you people.
