Perry Whisman

This place is taking advantage of people who trust them by telling them that they need to have a "Refraction" in order to get a new eye exam. Bull crap, insurance companies dont cover it so you have to pay $40 to get it done.when you question them about it they say that you have to have it. If thats the case then why does every other eye doctor in the city do it without a refraction.

My provider Blue Cross gave a list of Doctors in Melbourne and Palm Bay and all doctors are under Florida Eye Associates. My husband was a patient on 2012 and because he missed and reschedule appointments he was discharged and now 4 years after they denied services. They dont want to provide healthcare to my husband because he missed on 2012 appointments due to financial issues.

I had a severe corneal abrasion, they saw me immediately & resolved my pain. It was the most excruciating pain Ive ever had & the doctor resolved it with a bandage contact & antibiotics. I dont think he realized what he did for me. Cant thank him enough.

You are heard it around like a bunch of farm animals and the doctors move at light speed and if you dont ask a question extremely fast when you blank will be in the next room working with someone else this is a money Mill. Good people but a money Mill

While in the ER, this on-call ophthalmologist asked to speak with me on the phone to give me directions to meet him at the office to look at an eye injury, instead of just prescribing some meds and having me come the next day.
