I agree there phone system Sucks! I have called no one answers, can never get to the room where my love one is staying, when transfered there is no voicemail, went in unannounced found my love one still in BJs at 2pm in the afternoon and had no physical therapy. I would not recommend this facility. The night nurses were the only nice people and with that said, they still did not watch my love one well enough because she fell after I had expressed my concern a week prior. They have very limited exercise equipment for the amount of patients. I am just happy she will be coming home soon.

Day four at Heritage Harbor. 2:45 am phone call: **phone rings** us:"hello?" Heritage Harbor: "uh, yeah, we, uh, found your brother unresponsive. What do you want us to do with the body?" NOT a nice way to be woken at 2:45 in the morning. Zero compassion. Could have at least confirmed to whom they were speaking and been a bit more gentle about the unexpected news. Physical therapy team were nice, but communication amongst the rest of the staff was nonexistent. Frighteningly disorganized for a medical facility. There has got to be someplace better.

Called in regards to a job listing online and was spoken to very rudely by the individual who had answered the telephone as well as yelled at while asking a question. Meanwhile I could not understand the individual due to her accent and I asked for her name and she did not give her name and hung up the phone. very unprofessional

called and was successfully transfered to second floor, asked to speak with one of the LPNs and the un-identified female said that person was not there and rudely hung up. very unprofessional.
