Id heard great things about Johns Hopkins and they were great here! Being new to the East coast, I needed to find a primary care doctor and Dr. Hiller was on my insurance. She is wonderful, very friendly and knowledgable. Also, the FIRST receptionist I spoke to (Amanda) was great! She found an appointment for me in a timely manner. My first visit went well. However, when I called back to reschedule, the receptionist I spoke to had such attitude! She insisted on arguing with me over the way I shouldve told her the things she need to know. She had to correct me on what I REALLY shouldve said. With lines like "Im not trying to get you upset here but..." or "So your name is actually spelled ___ not the way you said." If youre not trying to get me upset, then dont be such a bleepn terrible receptionist for a doctors office and work somewhere where your job doesnt entail being nice and slightly compassionate for other human beings! I was really disappointed with the terrible customer service and the weird need for instigating fights over an appointment. Also, when people call the doctor they are usually not feeling well or completely in their right mind, show a little patience and compassion. Overall really like this place. Really wish I could request to talk to Amanda each time. Be wary the rude receptionist.

Im looking through the comments because Im looking for a Primary Care Manager for my family and noticed something odd. There was a google review and a yelp review with the exact same wordings from two different people with two different dates...how can that happen? The one on Yelp was from Sabrina D. from Glen Burnie made on May 2016 and the other was from Google review made by Teresa Roberts (see below post) with a timeline of "two months ago" from the time of this post. ???...
