Had our second bad experience at this dentist. First was with reception the first time we went to the dentist. Let it go because sometimes people have bad days, I get it. But the second time my 4 year old and I had a bad experience with reception again, then the dental hygienist didnt introduce her self to me or my son, was rude to my son when he was actually being incredibly still and calm while she cleaned his teeth. She seemed highly irritated and was way more stern then necessary and started threatening my 4 year old with a stomach ache if he didnt listen to her. He obviously didnt understand what she was asking of him, even I was a bit confused by what she wanted him to do when she poured water into his mouth. A natural response is to swallow and she raised her voice and seemed really pissed with my 4 year old that he was swallowing when she gave no direction as to what she was doing, why she was doing it, or how she needed my son to respond when she was working on his teeth. My son definitely didnt respond well to it and immediate closed his mouth and didnt want her to touch him again. The doctor was nice but we were obviously rushed in and out. It was all around a rushed, terrible experience and we will not be going back. Their decorations are cute and all, but if you dont provide a child friendly environment then why are you a kids dentist?

As a health care practitioner , I can really appreciate what Greenlake Kids Dentistry has to offer to families. I refer all my kids to them because I know they are trustworthy, fun, skilled, and professional. Im thrilled theyve joined the Greenlake neighborhood! Ive have never gotten less than great responses from families; even kids who have had negative experiences at doctors offices are able to relax and enjoy their time at the dentist. Image that! Thank you for putting in the time and work to make kids your priority.

All three kids love coming to the dentist. The practice focus is on ensuring children have a positive experience with dental work. Our kids look forward to going to the dentist and love the experience. Highly recommend this practice.
