If there was a "half star" or "no star" option then I would give AIM Dental that .Unfortunately, thats not an option, so a "1" it is. Let me tell you this flat out: If you have state insurance, like Apple Health, DO NOT go to them. I went this morning. I had a 9am appointment and I got there 20 minutes early. I live in lower Queen Anne and the commute was a good hour and 45 minutes. Great. But I was patient. I waited for 30 minutes before they even CALLED MY NAME. But thats not the terrine part. The lobby was filled with 4 other patients ALL WITH 9am APPOINTMENTS! They didnt "overbook," what AIM did was schedule multiple appointments all at the same time. For what reason I dont know. Their "dentists" came in late. Yep. Late. Oh, get this- this guy, Dentist maybe? Well he comes in and hes forgotten his glasses. What does he do? Comes out to the receptionist desk and looks in lost and found for some that he could see out of. Weird? Yes. But he didnt come out just once, he came out a good 3 TIMES because he WAS HAVING TROUBLE SEEING! Ok. I get called back to do a panorama and then go back to the lobby. another 10 minutes pass by and Im finally in the chair. They take bite wings, ok cool. Then the dentist comes, tells me first what my insurance doesnt cover, then proceeds to silently clean my teeth. HARSHLY! My gums were sensitive and she was DIGGING into my gums. She got upset, told the Dental Assistant to polish my teeth, and then I was done. No follow-up or nothing from the actual DENTIST. So I was told to make another appointment for fillings. No. I refuse to go back. So I went to search for another dentist who takes this crappy state insurance (Im an AmeriCorps VISTA). I find a really great one, and all they need are my records from AIM Dental. Guess what? AIM is refusing to send them to the dentist! Tells me to call my new dentist and have them send a letter requesting it. So I do. But The new place says to call AIM back because that isnt legal. LOL wow. So I call AIM back for the 3rd time and they flat out refused to answer my call. So Im stuck. I hate AIM, and if you have Apple Health State insurance you deserve better than this place. Being low-income doesnt mean that you have to be treated like scum. DO NOT GO HERE PLEASE! I will be paying out of the pocket, my very limited income, to get better care at my new dentist who will pick up where AIM left off. I basically got a glorified tooth brushing. I cannot tell you how terrible they are. Their facilities are horrid. Just- please dont choose them.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. First of all the lady on the phone could barely speak any English, but this was far from being my main issue with them. After having scheduled the appointment and provided her with my insurance provider information, everything seemed to be fine on the phone. A week later, i show up for my appointment, and a rude gentleman looked at me from head to toe, without even smiling and asked me to sign my name on the sheet. I waited 20 minutes in the lobby, filled some paperwork, provide them with my insurance and waited. Few minutes later a short little lady shows up, and tells me that they do not accept my insurance anymore. I drove all the way from Everett to South Settle, to hear that they could not take my insurance when on the phone, they assured me that everything was fine. If they cannot properly deal with their administrative procedures, well, i can only imagine how they can keep their medical information organized. Just imagine if you were charged, or given the wrong procedure for not properly filling in their paperwork. Highly unprofessional, rude staff and awful location. Reminded of the crack neighborhood pain clinic.

AVOID THIS PLACE. Nothing good about this place. Front desk is a bit rude. I went to get my wisdom teeth pulled... They xrayed me then did teeth cleaning. Fine. Then the doctor checked my teeth and said she could take them out next time when she did my cavities. When I came back, she gave me some bs excuse, like "youll have to wait because you need to wash your mouth with salt water, and we can take out the bottom only because the top will grow out more".... To top it off the cavity fillings she did makes me sensitive to cold and heat now. Went to UW dental instead and got ALL of them removed at once, which they said couldnt be done. Never coming back.

This is the most horrible n corrupted place ever. Dont go to this place unless you want to come out with multiple problem. They have destroyed my gum and did things that I didnt ask for just so they can over bill my insurance. They had me in for a root canal procedure that took 4 hours literally cause the guy was busy chitchating about his life with the assistant. When I tried to let him know that half of my body was numb and I was tired, he replied in a very rude and aggressive way saying its none of my business whether or not he has a chat. Bad customer service, terrible results, unhygienic, rude staff. Was better off going elsewhere.

I went in for my appt and wasnt seen for over an hour. Dentist lines multiple ppl for 1appt and goes down row assembly style. Hurt too no oh sorry. DO NOT GO Went there today to pick up records. Receptionist was having lunch at front desk all food exposed and visible. She took a bite and was eating/chewing, was talking to me and then on the phone while still chewing. I didnt think wearing sunglasses at a front desk was appropriate (she could have a migraine or red eye allergies or something but it looked bad). I wont ever go there again and I will actively steer people away from this place.

I was in the waiting room for my appointment for an hour and a half before being seen, was never called back when I called the office multiple times afterwards, and was told I needed some different kinds of work done on my teeth ASAP. They were also extremely rough when cleaning my teeth, it hurt much more than any other dentist Ive ever been to. I just went to another dentist and it turns out I dont need any of this work done! To think I would have wasted a bunch of money and time AND potentially messed up my teeth by going forward with unnecessary work is pretty scary.

If there was a half star option I would have selected that. They are understaffed inconsiderate and unprofessional. They filled my cavity with temporary fillings twice and kept delaying the permanent filling so I could revisit them. While they were working I could feel them and it hurt my teeth but my lips were successfully numbed. Please do not go here. Your are sacrificing health and quality if you do.
