This place was horrible. They left stitches in my mouth which my skin is growing over. I called on Friday and was sent straight to voice mail, I left my message and number but they still didnt answer me "as soon as they can" as they stated in their recorded message. Its now Monday and I still have no contact from them what so ever I called again still being polite but the same thing happened I was sent straight to voice mail. The service to their patients is horrible, why have two people at the front desk to answer phones if they cant even do that.

The Dr here was very pleasant and very reassuring and patient. Ive avoided the dentist for years due to my fears and I just finished getting two root canals and Im feeling confident in going back to get more work done very soon! The other two ladies were also very nice and professional and answered all my questions.

The office in DesMoines never answeres their phone! I had work done last year there and it was great but now I need to go back in for some problems with my teeth that were worked on but all I get is the voicemail....All day!
