Churchville Family Dentistry treated my adolescent daughter and I will never use them again nor will I refer anyone to them. Cold, sterile and uncaring staff. The impression I got from this office is that my business is not important to them. The demeanor from start to finish was uncaring, distant and lacking in what I expect from a medical CARE professional. If a child is having molars extracted, thats no walk in the park. It involves nitros + local anesthesia + cutting + violent twisting/yanking + stitches. As the mother, I have questions and should get briefed on what has been done and whats next. The doctor never spoke to me. The admin gave me a generic "post op" list of dos & donts with the prescription orders and turned her back. I politely interrupted whatever she was in a rush to do and asked if the doctor could excuse my daughter from school for a couple of days while she recovers (procedure was done on a Tuesday). The admin told me my daughter will be fine to go to school and doesnt need more recovery time. No way was my daughter fine to go to school. Her mouth didnt stop bleeding until 2 days later. I called but could only get a recording so I sent an email, again asking for a written excuse for days missed from school on letterhead. The response I got was, "The letter will not scan in properly you will need to come into the office and pick up the letter or put these dates on the letter that you already have and have the school call if any questions. Thank you. Tobea Churchville Family Dentistry" I am a service oriented business owner and cannot stand poor service such as this. I have such a high regard for medical professionals. This office needs to focus on who it serves...people!

I recently switched to Churchville Family Dentistry from my former dentist after having a series of issues with a crown that was put in by my former dentist. The staff at Churchville Family Dentistry were amazing throughout the entire process. From the friendliness of their office staff to the expertise and wonderful bedside manner of their dentists, I was impressed every step of the way. In fact, my entire family now goes there and weve all had the same wonderful experience. A+++++ service all the way!

Ive been going to them for years! The staff has always been friendly and accommodating to my needs. The only downside is that they sometimes try to switch your appointment the day of to an earlier time sometimes... which most of the time is impossible to switch if youre coming from work; but could be a win for other people.
