I have been going to Lifetime Dental Care (Dr. Verbrugge) for about 11 years now. There is no other practice that I have experienced the level of care, compassion, friendliness, and expertise quite like this. I also brought my children into this practice as well, and trust my little ones to Donna, Denise or Alex. They are so great with the kids! I am completely confident in Dr. Kate with all of our families dental needs. The office staff is wonderful and super-friendly too. You can tell how great this office is by how well they all work as a team and genuinely like each other! They post pictures of their parties, trips and conferences in their lounge so you can get to know a little about them before you are in their chair!! They truly are a very caring group of professionals, and I would recommend this group to anyone!

Great Team. Love the people. Very friendly and professional. They take the time to remember dental issues and communicate treatment options well. They also take the time to remember personal things and ask about family and life. I always enjoy seeing the team. I recommend Lifetime Dental to family, friends, and co-workers. They are up on the latest technology for X-rays and monitoring your charts and updating things. Impressive to be able to instantly reference previous X-rays or pictures to compare and make decisions about future care and prevention. They work hard to make sure you get reminders about appointments. My wife and daughters like the team too. The kids do not fret about coming in and have good relationships with the team. Good care, good advice, friendly, in short very pleased.

I LOVE Dr. Phillips. He has the best bed side manner ever. Im not a fan of having dental work done and can work myself up pretty easy, Dr. Phillips always keeps me calm. If you have major dental work to have done, he is the dentist you want. Although they dont take my level of ins any more, I still come see Dr. Phillips for a second opinon because I trust him immensely. And Mary from the front office is great. She remembered me from 3 years ago and really goes the extra mile to make sure all my questions are answered. She even gave me flowers during one visit. I was crying b/c I broke a crown and was 7 months pregnant and couldnt get it fixed until my son was born. Those are the experiences that make Lifetime dental so great. Dr. Phillips and Mary are an awesome combo!

Let me start by saying that Im terrified of dentists. I had a bad experience growing up and havent been since (bad, I know). I eventually was able to make an appointment with Lifetime Dental this morning for a check up after several years of neglecting appointments. As expected, they found a few problems. They discussed each one individually, explained everything carefully, told me my options and at home care, discussed finances, and otherwise went above and beyond. Every person in that office that I met today was so nice. They were able to fit me in for a cleaning later the same day, and again, everyone was so nice and accommodating. They answered every question I had. I honestly had the most positive experience that one could possibly have at a dentists office.

I would never recommend a dentist office who lies. I will preface my remarks my taking part responsibility for taking their word. But when the receptionist tells you they accept your insurance, dont believe it check yourself. I am stuck with a bill because I was told they accept it, no problem, and they will call the insurance company beforehand to get approval... I was told by the receptionist that her spouse had the same insurance as I did, I took her word the cleaning would be covered, it wasnt. I tried explaining to the office manager the situation and she said that "they are a business" . Well I guess a dishonest business. Choose another dentist like Smilemakers much more professional and honest.

Since I have moved away, I have really come to appreciate what I had in this office! From the moment you walk in through your time in the chair, you will love this team. There are few if any offices that function as well as this team of dedicated professionals. From the front office staff to the hygienists and of course the Dentists, this is the standard by which I measure everyone else. No one meets this standard of care or service! I may even fly back just to receive the level of service I have come to expect. Outstanding doesnt do this group justice! Completely top shelf service which everyone loves. You will not be disappointed.

My husband and I have been a patients of Lifetime Dental Care for many years. Now, my children are as well (Theyre great with my kids!). Everyone at Lifetime Dental Care is so kind and caring. I used to have a very bad anxiety of going to the dentist, and they were very reassuring, understanding, and gentle with me. Because of their patience with me, I am no longer afraid. My entire family is very comfortable there and would never consider going anywhere else. I highly recommend them to those looking for an honest, gentle dental practice that truly will care about your family!

The entire staff provides an experience that is both professional and caring. It is clear that the people that work in this medical practice love their work and want the best for each patient. During my most recent experience, Dr.Phillips treated a cracked tooth with a crown on the same day that the problem was diagnosed. He was aware that I had upcoming surgery that would include a lengthy recovery. His immediate attention to the dental problem was one less thing about which to worry. The personalized treatment and genuine care for my well being truly makes a difference.

I truly love this dental office! I moved to Baltimore 2 years ago and currently dont have dental insurance but I continue to go to Lifetime Dental in Bel Air because everyone has always been so friendly and accommodating. My hygienist, Alex, is fantastic and always takes the time to explain everything to me. The office staff are also great- very friendly and helpful! I feel like my best interests are always kept in mind at Lifetime Dental and everyone is always up to date with the latest products and technology in dentistry. Thank you to everyone at Lifetime!

I have been seeing Dr. V since I was a kid. Shes been my dentist for well over a decade, maybe almost 15 years. She is the greatest! Super knowledgeable, intelligent, thorough, and talented in her profession. And all of the staff at lifetime are incredible. I always have great conversations with the assistants and the hygienists. They are the best in HarCo for a reason! I moved away several years ago but still drive an hour to see them. :)

My family has been going to Lifetime Dental Care for over 5 years now and I cant say enough about the quality and level of knowledge. They are always on top of the latest dental health information. I really appreciate their encouragement of the electronic brushing because they really do make a difference!
