Poor dental work. Dentist damaged my daughters tooth. Office staff extremely rude. When I called in to explain that we would not be returning due to the poor dental work performed at our last visit, the receptionist hung up on me. A good practice would have been very apologetic and would have tried to do what they could to keep a client. Very unprofessional. When I called back, the lady was extremely rude and refused to give me her name once I asked for a manager. My thoughts are she knew she handled this inappropriately. I will admit, I was not as polite as I could have been after the rude service I got from this person, but I feel she got what she deserved from me. Who hires these people? Seriously, are these the people you want to represent your practice? Im counting down the days until this office closes down. Its going to happen. You cant run a business like this. Absolutely horrible!

Thought I found a good office but they turned terrible! After a long search finding a dentist that will take my insurance I had one cleaning appmt. It went well. 6 mo later I booked a second and here is where it went bad. They without telling me changed my appmt to a more extensive procedure and when confirming just gave me what it was going to cost. I did not want this done and they wouldnt do a regular cleaning without me doing what they wanted first. I explained that my insurance only covers a portion and I am waiting but wanted what I scheduled for. They wouldnt do what I ask and in fact then said they dropped my insurance. I am sure they would have done these services without telling me that my insurance is no longer accepted and would have charged me.

I have now been treated twice at the Willow Street office and have also switched my son to this dental practice because they treated me so good. My teenage son loves the care given to him compared to his previous dentist in Lancaster city and is going in for his 3rd time tomorrow to get a root canal!! Not sure about those comments saying how bad it was there because this is the FIRST dental service I have gone to alone in over 20 years, yes I am a 50 year old man terrified of dentists with good cause. I HIGHLY recommend seeing Dr. Seelam at the office in Willow Street!!

If I could do 0 stars I would. Extremely poor dental work. The staff was extremely rude. Got my teeth filled here and not even a week later the filling fell out, yes it fell out. And my teeth were not sensitive to cold before I went here and they were after I left. I refused to go back to these people! I ended up going to smilebuilderz on crown ave and they did a fantastic job! I definetly recommend them! I would not recommend nu smile to anybody!!

The WORST experience ever!!!! Dr. ran my credit card and charged me $165.00 for pulling a tooth however he left sharp piece of tooth in my gums still attached - when I called no one ever called back and when I complained to them they did not care and would not even consider refunding my money. I have never experienced as unprofessional a group as this one.

Terrible place to have any kind of dental work done, went into have a filling done ended up having to go back and have the same tooth fixed three times, save your self the time and go somewhere else that doesnt do a horrible job
