I, unfortunately, have had a negative experience with this office. Dr. Mason seems nice enough, but the logistics are bad. On my first appointment, they ordered tests that were deemed unnecessary by my insurance, and I had to pay (which has never happened to me before). I spoke with their billing support about it, but she never followed through to resolve. Now, I have been waiting 4 days for a call-back about whether or not they can call in a prescription without me coming back in for another appointment since my last was so recent (I called again to confirm my message was taken).

Ive been going to Dr. Mason for years and she is knowledgeable, competent and super friendly. She always gives me options, tells me what she would do in situations and never makes me feel rushed. She takes the time to explain things fully and is very respectful. I highly recommend Dr. Mason.
