Ive been going to Dr. Linan for a VERY long time. In fact, he actually delivered me when I was born, lol. When they had called me the day before, to confirm my appointment Im assuming, & I could not understand a word from the mumbling voicemail that was left. But none the less this very last time I went I felt things so different & less professional. I did not feel comfortable how Ive always felt & I felt rushed. The front desk was having trouble with my insurance & after telling her I had met a family deductible, she insisted they use the individual deductible. & after I asked if she could check if they could use the family deductible, finally she said "its whichever one that is met." Which I knew already but I was being patient. Not to mention was prescribed the wrong birth control. After calling the answering service picked up, & they are not able to help me. Its frustrating with my busy lifestyle to have to wait & stress over fixing things that should have been done right the first time. Over all not a good visit. A little disappointed, but giving the benefit of the doubt that maybe it just wasnt a good day. I just wish I didnt have to be inconvenienced in going back & fourth getting the correct prescription sent to my pharmacy.

Dr. Linan is fantastic! Always answers all my questions. His front staff is pretty horrible. They are bad at confirming appointments and Ive had to call 5 times for them to get my prescription to the right pharmacy. They also forget to take the lunch break do not disturb message so you cant get through in the afternoons.

You cant believe how gentle, professional and friendly everyone in this office are, starting with Dr Linan. I recommend him with open heart!
