I got a really bad case of allergies and eczema while pregnant and was hoping for her to give me something for the itch relief and she kept telling me theres nothing to take but benadryll. My whole pregnancy I was sleeping and drowsy and no relief from the itch. I had to keep going to work in that condition and my eczema only got worse, my whole body was full of a burning rash and not to mention a miserable itch that I could not as much as I tried to control. I kept going back to show her it was not helping and she would kept saying it was normal that every patient gets rashes and just send her nurses to talk to me and tell me theres nothing else she could give me. I even went to the hospital but, ofcourse they would consult her for anything I needed and no luck. I had to leave my job due to how bad I had this condition. Now my whole body is scarred from all the scratching. Now pregnant again I decided to go with a new doctor, it seemed that the eczema was coming back, and this doctor gave me something totally different to control the itch and now this pregnancy I am no where near to the misery that I had to take compared to my last one. She really didnt care how bad I was suffering and she would just send me home with benadryll and not to mention the staff would walk right out of the room and talk about you right outside. I will never go back again, there was no compassion for her patients.

At my initial appointment I was told to arrive 30 minutes early to complete paperwork. I arrived early, completed the paperwork, and still was not seen for over an hour. Every appointment Ive been to at her office has had me wait for at least 45 minutes. No one is apologetic and the staff is very nonchalant. Dr. Lagunas always made me feel rushed and as if she has other things shed rather be doing. When it came time to deliver my baby she never even greeted me or tried to make me feel comfortable. She didnt say a word. She did her job and left.

Dont think I will ever go back here. Always wait at least an hour after my appointment time before I am seen. Called before I went there to get a paps. Because I was on my menstral cycle the person at the front that answered the phone said it wouldnt be an issue to come in still. Went in 15 mins before my apt. an hour later was still waiting to be seen then was told they couldnt do anything if I was bleeding and to come back another time. So waisted time out of my day for nothing. Thanks.

Shes the worst i went to the emergency room To be misdiagnosed with an octopic pregnancy n she was the doc on call n supposely she was going to do surgery to remove that octopic pregnancy which hppnd to be on a friday n i was on a risk to have a hemorrhage n die if i waited too long well she decided for me to wait until monday to get surgery or wait until i was bleeding to death in order for her to do the surgery ...at the end there was no pregnancy n n good thing that no surgery either

First I was given wrong test results. Then I was told test results were abnormal and its been 2 days of waiting for a call back. I keep calling and they keep telling me they will call back and they dont. Now the office is closed and it will be a 3rd day that I dont know what is going on. I will now have to go personally to their office to get answers. This has definitely not been a pleasant experience and will be looking into switching doctors.

So unprofessional and the doctor is very rude and sarcastic. Makes you feel uncomfortable and the staff is so unresponsible and you have to remind them every time. Im there to see my baby and how Im doing. Not to be asked personal questions or being judge with stuff that is not about my pregnancy.

She delivers my son but never told me my son was coming with health dificulties my son was born with spinal muscular astrophe type 1 he was born on august 10,2016 and passed away in december 3, 2016 ..not the best obgyn.

Dr is super rude doesnt answer any questions doesnt do check ups correct i wouldnt even give this dr any stars if i could.... Its to late for me to switch dr so im stuck with her
