What a terrible and disrespectful place. Ive been going here for over 5 years. I missed one appointment due to the death of a family member and when I called to reschedule the lady was very rude the way she talked and told me they wouldnt see me again if I missed another appointment and they where doing me a favor by giving me another chance so I told her its okay Ill try somewhere else and she hung up on me. I think her name was Ronda. I would give 0 starts if I could. Poor hospitality extremely long wait times and pushy Dr.s always in a rush and trying to push you to do things for extra money.

My wife made an appointment, before hand they called her to let her know her insurance was efficive and went on scheduling an appointment. We drive three hours as they knew we had to travel. As we arrive they tell my wife her insurance plan was not in their network and it was going to be a $400 out of pocket bill. That is something they should of told her when they first called her back. Before having us drive all that way. This place may or may not have good docs. But the office staff lack information and royally screwed my wife.
