I had a hysterectomy performed several years ago by Dr. Offerdahl. She seemed very nice in the beginning and during my whole procedure/process. During my surgery, I caught E. coli and a staph infection. I got very sick and spent a couple of days in ICU and about two weeks in the hospital. All of my follow up appointments went well and Dr. Offerdahl was her usual bubbly and perky self until my last appointment when she made a very rude & unprofessional comment as she walked out of the room. That threw me off and I was confused as to where it was coming from. I didnt have a chance to discuss it with her because as I said, she was walking out of the room when she made the comment, but as time went on I just blew it off. Some time after my surgery I was having some issues and would call to make appointments with the Dr.. I figured it would be best to see her since she performed the surgery and was familiar with me, but I was never able to see her personally again. Her personal receptionist would always have to check with her and for whatever reason she would not take my appointments and I would be put off to see someone else in the office. Eventually I just stopped going all together. After my ordeal in the hospital, several family members said I should have sued, but because at the time I thought Dr. Offerdahl was a nice and caring Dr , I chose not to, but thinking back on it I probably should have taken the advice of my family.

Within the past year I have seen Dr. Christee. If you are pregnant and need a doctor you should definitely choose Dr. Christee. I was so nervous and scared about having a baby until I met Christee. After my first appointment she made me feel at ease and I remember leaving my appointment feeling excited and happy about my pregnancy. My overall experience has been great. Not only is Dr. Christee professional she is empathetic. She tells it like it is and I really felt like I could open up to her about anything. Her nurses are great too! If you are looking for a doctor that you can confide in and trust Christee is your go-to doctor. Not only is she bubbly and sweet I truly think she genuinely cares about you and your conceiving/pregnany journey. She is my favorite doctor, wish I would have found her sooner.

I went to Midtown OBGYN to get some tests done and ensure I was healthy in hopes of having a child in the near future. I was not informed of the astronomical, and far above industry standard, charges I would incur for said tests until I received a bill for $1069 from LabCorp. I have researched this thoroughly and found that these tests typically cost about $300, a fraction of what I was charged. My calls to both Midtown and OB/GYN to discuss this matter have been ignored and gone unreturned and they have no means of contacting them by email listed on their sites. Obviously an OB/GYN is not something you want to skimp on but there are a lot of better options in town than these guys where youll be treated well and not taken advantage of.

Dr. Cristee has been my OB-Gyn since early 1999. She delivered my second child that year and it was such a pleasant experience. In 2006, Cristee discovered a mass in my ovary, monitored me for a few months, and removed the entire ovary intact a few months later. It was a Granulosa Cell Tumor, a rare cancer. She did everything right and several years later, I have had no issues or recurrences, and I know I owe everything to her excellent care. She sees me every year, and in addition, now sees my daughter as well. I wouldnt trust anyone else!
