We moved here during my last month of pregnancy, maybe it was because we came in so late in the game, but I was incredibly unhappy with the service at the Castle Rock location. Each time I came, I saw someone I had never met before and they each had to ask why I was there. I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes and had low fluids. It was frustrating to have to tell them that each time. Im sure I had a file, I wish they had read before hand. On 3 separate occasions, they completely forgot about me while I was being monitored in the back, leaving me there for over an hour. Another time, the nurse forgot to turn on the record button while I was being monitored, and they still left me there for over an hour and an additional 20 minutes once they realized they didnt hit record. My delivery was great, it was by a midwife I had never met, but she was kind and did a great job. It was the overall experience I had an issue with. My other OB new my kids names and ages and greeted me with smiles and hugs each time I came in. Maybe they soiled me too much, but I was really expecting a better experience here based on the great things Ive read and heard.

My physician, Dr. Graham, took the time to talk with me as a partner in my own care. He did not talk down to me or treat me as if I were uneducated, but rather as if I were knowledgeable and capable of making informed choices and decisions about my own care. He also called me personally and promptly (even during evening hours) to report test results. Though I have not needed obstetrical services, I also really like the fact that South Denver has midwives on staff. This to me shows that this practice respects its patients by offering options for labor and delivery, and believes that childbirth, at least in some cases, does not have to be "medicalized."

I had the most wonderful birth experience working with the midwives of this practice! After not having the birth I desired with my first child it was very important to me to find a practice where I could get the experience I wanted before with my second little one. Through my prenatal visits and on the day our little man arrived each and every midwife made me and my husband feel comfortable and confident with the whole experience. I can say for sure I wouldnt have had the amazing experience I did with out the midwives of this practice! They are amazing!

I love this ObGyn and the staff. Such kind and caring practitioners. Dr Bergstrom is hands down the best ob and Becca is a wonderful advocate for patients going through difficult pregnancies and need help with fmla and leave of absence. Ive been a patient for 10 years and wouldnt go anywhere else!

This is my first pregnancy. Im only 9 weeks, however the two times weve been to their office, we loved it. Amazing staff. I couldnt be happier that we chose this office, and will continue with them after our baby is born.

There is limited wait time as the doctors and staff are on time. I had to wait up to 30 minutes to an 1 hour at appointments with my previous doctors office. The staff here does a great job getting you in and out quickly.

Absolutely great place to go. The midwives will help you with a most natural birth, if that is what you desire. I had a wonderful experience with the midwives and loved delivering at Castle Rock hospital.
