I would never recommend this office, they are constantly trying to rip people off. Several complaints where filled due to this office unethical behaviors. Several months ago we desided to use Brooks eye care located at 8890 Salrose Ln Suite 203, Fort Myers, FL 33912 to get our glasses and prescription updated, even after having insurance we ended up paying a large amount of money and then the Dr. Tried to sell us contacts through his office, we chosed to go some where else for the contacts. The Dr. refused to provide my wife with a prescription and said they would just send it to our place of choice, here the time to get contacts has come and it has been a nightmare. They will not respond to the request to provide 1800contacts with a copy of the prescription, they keep constantly hanging the phone while we are trying to ask for the so needed prescription which is now affecting my wifes needs plus its all costing a lot of extra money all because we did not want to buy contacts from that office. I find this behavior from a licensed professional to be unethical and even with my limited understanding of the laws its hard to belief that this would be something that any license provider would consent this.

Always a delay, always blamed on the lab.... still waiting for Jody to send me my perscription so I can get it filled elsewhere... I shouldnt have to follow-up with a place of business more than twice.... Whats Jody gonna blame this on? Dr. Brooks is super nice, but at the end of the day.... all I want is my glases when promised... I thought the first time was a fluke, but 2nd pair and then my warranty lense replacement and I still the had to call each time? Ive had to repeatedly call only to get told they expect them tomorrow, and then tomorrow turns into a week and then i callback... and a week turns into a month? And then youre going to give me a hard time because i requested to have my nose pads changed? even after waiting over a month for a lense replacement?.... Ive been wearing glasses for too long to have Jody tell me how to clean the nose pads just because she doesnthave the patience to change them for me... somethings wrong here. please send me my perscription that I have already paid for, so that I can move on with my life. I have already given my email address to Jody 3 times and you have my phone number and mailing address....still waiting...

I am from Los Angeles CA. Ive been seen Dr Jordan Brooks and his amazing office staff for about 4 years now. Since he diagnosed me with Keratoconus Ive been able to have a great and comfortable contacts lens that gave my vision back. For me it is worth the trip from LA to FL knowing that I am in good hands. My last visit was on September 12 - 2016 and I order my new special Keratoconus contacts and flu back to LA on the 13th for my surprise on the 15th I received my lens!!! Amazing!! I extremely recommend Brooks Eye Care for any vision need.

He is very knowledgeable, meticulous, and really took the time to explain and answer any of my questions. Making an appointment was easy and the office is beautifully equipped with state of the art tools and testing equipment. I am very happy I found this practice to provide me with the best eye care and I would recommend it to anyone.

My family experience was amazing from the easy access appointment, check in and care rendered by DrBrooks. He is so pleasant, knowledgeable and gives you the time and attention you need. I would not trust the care of my family to anyone else but him. The office is beautiful and spotless. The exam went good, the doctor and his wife are very friendly. No wait time on making appointments they were able to get me in the very next day. Even when the glasses lab screwed up my order for new glasses they went above and beyond to contact the lab and my insurance and correct the issue so I could get the glasses I wanted. I would recommend this eye doctor office to anyone.

I used to go to a doctor that everyone in the family had seen, but she didnt notice anything wrong with me before. I switched to Brooks Eye Care and he noticed all kinds of things. Why? Because he cares about his patients sincerely rather than the rest of the people we normally see. Jody, I bet youll read this soon-- I truly admire you guys. Keep up the good work!

I HIGHLY recommend Brooks Eye Care. Dr. Brooks is very meticulous while giving eye examinations. I have never met a more thorough doctor who spends as much extra time with his patients as he does. In addition, he is also a very nice person. The office staff went above and beyond in helping pick out the best eyeglasses also for my daughter and myself.

I have rigid gas permeable lenses since my teens and lasik surgery in 2000. Dr. Brooks fitted me with my first pair of scleral lenses a few years back when diagnosed with post-LASIK dry eye and irregular astigmatism. They have made a world of difference. Dr. Brooks does a thorough eye exam and is very informative on scleral lenses.

Brooks eye care is awesome! I had a contact tear and part of it got stuck up in my eye, this was very painful. I went to Dr Brooks and he was able to remove it with not much discomfort at all.
