My husband Had appointment at Coconut point but had to reschedule because the doctor had to go to the Alico store. Got an appointment at Alico store, waited for an hour past appointment time to be told he had to reschedule because the doctor had to make a flight. Apparently time management is not taken into consideration. Staff just kind of waved us off when they saw the frustration on my husbands face rather than trying to keep a customer. Will never return to a target optical nor do we recommend it.

Staff was disjointed and uninformed. They didnt let me know of any cost prior to my exam or the difference between contacts or glasses fitting/prescription. I was surprised to have several different charges after services were already rendered with no explanation. I thought I ordered my contacts that same day. Then over 2 weeks later, I had to call them and give them all of my contact and insurance info again to put in my order. I will not return to this Target Optical.

The Dr. Here is very good at dialing in your prescription. Shane the manager is top notch. Not only does he perform his job flawlessly; he makes people (especially first time contact or glasses wearing people like I was) extremely comfortable with their new look. Ive been coming here for several years because of this. Whenever I have any questions or concerns about billing/insurance, Shane is always able to assist, even when hes helpin 10 other customers. Great work!
