Superior. As for wait time, heres the problem...Emergencies! My husband is legally blind in one eye and has minimal vision in his "good" eye. He has been the reason for delaying the doctor from seeing someone with a nonemergency appointment. Unfortunately, several times. When something starts going bad, time is of the essence. Please understand that many people have eye diseases/conditions that puts them one step from total blindness. So, next time you have to wait, consider yourself lucky that you have a nonemergency visit. I guarantee you wouldnt want to trade places with someone who is unable to drive to their appointment.

Bascom Palmer has a very fine reputation and is a very well thought of facility. Unfortunately, my experience as a physician did not reflect those accolades. As a result of that personal and disappointing experience, I would be hard pressed to refer a patient to Bascom Palmer.

Paradise Found

It is impossible to go here for an appointment without spending a minimum of 4 hours onsite. They do not even offer an apology for wasting your time. I can not understand how they can claim the customer satisfaction ratings that they post.

your website needs to include the naples, fl phone number for the optical dept. ror frames and newnlens. had to wait 15 minutes to reach someone in appointments just to get the number, and then they gave me miami number. GRRRRR1

Well I get five stars just for the building what architectural jewel but the work gets done inside is really the important stuff some of the best trained eye surgeons in Florida

The wait time of 3-5 hours is RIDICULOUS!!!!!! Why do they book so many people and then make everyone wait for an unacceptable time.
