Dr. Brown did and awesome job and I would give him 5 star *****. The reason for only 2 stars....I have progressive lenses and the lady that measured me placed 2 dots on my glasses and did not even measure them which I thought was a little odd. When I picked my glasses up she checked them again, did not even adjust the nose pieces and when I told her things looked a little off she told me to just lower my head. I decided after a week of having trouble I would have another eye doctor check the measurement. She advised me it was WAY off, but the prescription was perfect. I know labs can mess lenses up as well, but with me having progressives before, I knew it was her lack of measuring before the glasses went to the lab. Sorry for the long review but I hope this helps someone else out that has had issues with their progressives.

This place is a disaster, stay away! My 1030 am appointment with Dr. Brown lasted until 1:40 pm. This was for an annual eye exam and fit for glasses...pretty plain vanilla stuff. After this all day affair, they screwed up my bill and overcharged me for numerous items. With insurance they have tried to charge me over $520 for the exam and glasses. I also waited almost a month for my glasses to arrive. They called twice to tell me they were in, but then I arrived at the office only to find out they were mistaken. The billing department eventually agreed to remove some of the erroneous charges, but this was only after I was spoken down to by Debbie, a surly, unprofessional lady.

My children need glasses and ECOF has locked up their insurance so that they cant get eyewear elsewhere at a MUCH better price and MUCH better service. Insurance says ECOF needs to release the claim, but its been almost two weeks with no resolution. VERY frustrating service. While in the store, the gentleman trying to sell the glasses had terrible service. I only cancelled the order when they tried to charge me $150 for a pair of glasses which were list as $69.99 on the tag!?

Grotesquely unprofessional. Out of everything. No date of product arrival when ordering prescriptions. They have screwed up my contacts five times now. WTF!!?! They dont even stock, or sell f-in eye drops for contacts!!!!!! Incompetent, HORRIBLE place. Any rating on here that says otherwise is BS!
