Excellent experience at the Cleveland Eye Clinic. Visited the Bedford, OH location for a follow-up visit with Dr. McGinnis. Shawn, the technician, was great. The front desk staff, Michelle and Kathy, were excellent. The office was very clean and the group is very professional. There was no wait time. The only bit of advice for anyone going to this location: The Cleveland Eye Clinic is located on the 3rd floor of the University Hospital location. It is not easy to find since the office is within the hospital medical building and the address of the medical building is not located on the street.

Visited the Beachwood, not in Bedford, due to my wifes severe eye irritation caused by a drop of hair dye at hair salon. Dr Warn was really great. Very kind and nice to explain every details and way to take care of her situation. With his help, she could had her Las Vegas Trip without cancellation even the incident was happened just few days before the departure day. Really appreciate Dr Warn and recommend others who has the eye trouble similar to my wifes case.

My daughter had an eye appointment and her experience was excellent. From the moment we walked in the office, the staff was friendly in checking us in and the pre-exam. Upon entering the examining room, Dr. Chester was personable and friendly. Dr. Chester thoroughly explained his findings and took the time to answer any questions. My daughter was happy when she left the office and looks forward to her yearly eye exam. Thanks much.

Very friendly staff! When it came to picking out glasses, which is usually a chore for us, the optician who helped us studied our faces and found the perfect glasses! The rest of the staff weighed in too. We felt their genuine attention. My husband has prisms and the doctor who examined him understood his condition and prescribed excellent lenses. p.s. Great new location on Broadway Avenue in Bedford!

Locating clinic difficult...due to building not displaying address numbering... No Clue from the street that clinic is located in UH facility. 88 Center St. After circling the area for minutes figured it out...Frustrating. Complained to staff.. long standing issue. Needs to be addressed
