Let me start with a positive. I have been to this location twice this year, both times to see Ginnie Hodges. I am impressed with her, she is kind, knowledgeable and I felt she genuinely had concern for me-which is rare in society today. However, extremely disappointed today, I had an 11am appointment, waited for 30 minutes and still was not seen, I left the office on my own choice. A courtesy call to the client advising of the same would have been appreciated, considering I am sure the same would be appreciated if a client is not going to make their appointment or is running late. I rescheduled the appointment, but at this time Im not sure this is a place I want to do business.

My husband ordered a pair of glasses a month ago they came In wrong so they reordered them again but never notified him they were in. So we called got put on a 10 minute hold hung up and called again only to be told they have a new notification system. Well theyre system doesnt work! While standing waiting heard them apologize to 3 customers for bad service! We wont be back ever! ! Read these reviews before you waste your time & money!!!

My experience was decent at best, the secretary was up to par, she greeted me enthusiastically. The associate that pre tested treated me like a 5 year old and was very untimely. Very unprofessional. When I was picking my optical accessory, the draw stylist was extremely pleasant and had very good customer skills. Her fitting skills were subpar, but all in all ended well. A simple trip to the eye clinic and decent glasses in the end.

I was there yesterday May 9,2016 and she was very helpful and kind I believe that she is new in this office because I been going to this office for more than 3 years and this is the first time that I felt comfortable and appreciated. absolutely AWFUL...had a two week appointment for 12 oclock on a Saturday. Went in about 10 minutes prior to appt. and was told there were 9 people ahead of me. The wait would have been over 3 hours!!! The doctor didnt even start seeing patients until 10:30, how could they have been behind by 9 people in 2 hours??? What a joke!!!

I had a very pleasant experience today. Everybody was excellent and very helpful. I was actually very surprised bc I didnt have a very good experience at the Lakeland branch last time I went. Im glad I decided to give them a second chance!
