I just had my first appointment with the Cleveland Eye Clinic and I truly enjoyed the entire experience. The staff is absolutely wonderful! I personally commend each of them for being such wonderful people, not only in terms of their excellent service, but for how they are: Karen is fantastic with her thorough eye examination and very cool to talk to throughout the visit. Bernadette is an incredibly genuine person who pours her heart into her awesome assistance. Joyce is a very sweet, caring person who is so helpful with completing necessary insurance information. Tony is super friendly and exhibits great assistance while providing important contact lens care and information. Dr. McKinnis is well-educated, extremely informative throughout the eye exam, and very eager to help, too. Being at the Cleveland Eye Clinic is a beautiful experience (and my eye exam / contact lens fitting was awesome as well :) I am so grateful for all of it, and I am blessed to have them as my eye care team. Thank you!

I had an eye infection and unfortunately did not have an eye doctor in the state. I called the office. A call center answers and makes appointments. I explained the situation and they searched for a location closer to me. Due to my eye condition, I chose to go to the Cleveland location to be able to be seen that day. The location was easy to get to (well marked). The office staff was very professional and fun. :) The technician was attentive and Dr. McGinnis was very thorough. I would highly recommend the Cleveland Eye Clinic.

Last time I was there it was in 2007 very bad services the doctor told me he saw about 35 paciente in 1 day , He make the exam light he have to go to the bathroom this not the first time I have that experience with the same doctor I didnt go back seen 2008 Im making a appointment for next month to see if things change last time the doctor didnt answer my guestions so Im going back because my vision got worst and need a 2 opinion of my condition my vision is 20/80 the BVM gave licenses only for daylight

I was pleasantly surprised by my visit to the Cleveland eye Clinic. The building is a bit unassuming from the outside, but as soon as I walked in the doors I was met by an extremely kind and welcoming environment. All the ladies at the front desk were wonderful. The free coffee/hot chocolate machine is an added bonus for patients that I wasnt expecting. I arrived early and was able to be seen early as well. My eye exam was very efficient, and I couldnt have asked for a better experience.

I took my daughters to be seen for routine eye exams & we were all very pleased with the service provided!! From the front desk staff, to the nurses/students & doctor, everyone was SO nice, helpful & knowledgeable! They made us feel very comfortable, took their time & answered all our questions. I was so happy with how they took care of my daughters, I plan on scheduling my next routine eye exam with them also! Cleveland Eye Clinic will have our entire family as patients forever!

I have been going to the Cleveland Eye Clinic since I was a child. I feel secure with the Clinic taking care of my eyes. They are personable, and friendly, and very thorough, but especially on top of taking care of business. If a misunderstanding occurs, they have the maturity to apologize and still make you feel like you are superior to them. That takes team work and skill. It feels good to go where everybody knows your name.

I have referred a number of patients to Bill Wiley, MD and Shamik Bafna, MD at Cleveland Eye Clinic for CXL for keratinous. I have the highest respect for both Dr. Wiley and Dr. Bafna, as they take great care of patients, and they are excellent lecturers and teachers. They attend and present at many conferences. Overall, my experience with Cleveland Eye Clinic has been very positive

A wonderful and pleasant experience. My son has been receiving services from this eye clinic for years now. They are always so pleasant and upbeat. They also do a very thorough eye exam to give you the very best fit for glasses and lenses. My son commented "Mom, I like this doctors office!!!. Its just like being at home when are we coming back?

Staff and doctor wonderful, kind, professional, very detailed, patient, courteous and understanding, we still have to go back to pick out our glasses but we are looking forward to seeing everyone there again. Overall for an eye exam, with my circumstances they were terrific! We highly recommend them.

No issues here. In and out pretty quickly. Came a little before my appointment and was able to get my forms filled out and in before my appointed time. Large waiting area with a TV and one of those cool multi-drink coffee machines.
