I read the reviews before going to this office, so I was expecting a rude front office and nice techs/drs. It was opposite for me. I was told by my job to goto a Dr or urgent care to check a pre existing condition and to see if I should have limitations on my work or not. The front desk staff was very nice. The man who took my BP and weight was nice... enough. He didnt seem to interested in what I had to say. Now, the Dr...Ive had drs who dont have any bedside manners but Ive never had a Dr roll his eyes at me and cut me off so much! He talked in circles. First he wanted to do x-rays and then when he realized it wasnt a Workers Comp case, he said, "Oh, we dont treat these kinds of issues. Youll have to goto an Ortho Dr or Family Dr." Now, how can you treat me if its WC but you cant if Im a self paying PT? I told him what OTC meds I was taking and it isnt helping the pain. His response, "take 2 alieve". Thanks doc. I could hear them talking about me while I was in the room. That doesnt make pts feel very comfortable either! You truly were the worst Dr I have ever encountered. I see now why this place has such horrible reviews! To think, I drove an hour there, to waste another hour in the office and then another hour to drive home. SMH

I went there this morning and there was one other person waiting. They called me into the exam room after ten minutes. As soon as I sat down they said it would be 30-40 minutes, and asked if that was okay. I mentioned I had no choice and that was fine. After a full hour of nobody coming in the room I located the office manager. She said there were a number of people in front of me and it would be at least 20-30 minutes more. It was clear they had forgotten about me, and she was unwilling to make it right. That office manager is extremely rude and nasty. Go to MedExpress instead. They are much nicer

Only 1 star because I cannot put only a half. The ua lady is down right ignorant. Its not like Ive never taken one, Ive had tons before, but this lady was strict down to the ml. I gave ample 2oz plus and she refused it because(I need 45ml at least) then wrote me in for a refusal and told me that if I leave I cant come back. However you can, and I will be back tomorrow. And Im gonna fill it to the brim like a yuengling draft and hope it goes a little R Kelly for her

Worst urgent care i have ever been to.came for a drug screen for a job Sat in the waiting area for 2 hrs while everyone that came in after me had been seen and let go while i was still waiting. Service was terrible and the young girl at the front desk, i believe her name was alexis, was very rude. I will not recomend them nor will i ever go back.

Went to Concentra for my DOT physical and was treated very professionally and like family. The staff was all very caring and friendly. Was able to talk and laugh as these professionals made me feel at home. Thank you guys for being human and having a great personality to creat a happy place to be treated.

Registration was super simple and I was taken back for my testing immediately. The tech gave me a nice reminder card with precise details on when to return for my PPD test results. Smoothest Urgent Care experience I have ever had! Everyone was pleasant from start to finish.

When no other place was able to help me out they took on the challenge and worked with my human resource department. They were extremely friendly and patient taking multiple telephone calls with my human resource department without any question or delay.

If you want to wait around a very long time for people to take your money and be condescending and rude to you, this is the place to go. I should have heeded the bad reviews and figured something else out, but I was in a bit of a bind. Never again.

If you simply need a TB test, go elsewhere. Most expensive place that could be! $46 for 1 tb test, and another $46 for the second step. Most ridiculous thing Ive ever heard! Go to work first, $14 for each ($28 for both total).
