Me siento decepcionada ya que tengo aproximadamente 4 meses con esta cobertura médica y en esos meses he tratado de hacer cita llamando a los números que ustedes me han dado y decepción a todos los números qué he llamado dicen que no aceptan esa cobertura y he llamado a ustedes para cancelar y no la cancelan , ustedes nos ofrecieron esta cobertura médica nos dijeron que podíamos cancelan en cualquier momento y no es verdad

Theyve taken thousands and their plans cover literally nothing and have been harrassing me back and forth and can never get anywhere . They dont even cover any lab examinations something that even those without insurance can get at a government clinic. I cant even get my necessary bloodwork. I could get ill or die and they will never care. But hey dont forget to charge me hundreds monthly. Do not even consider using them as a health insurance. They dont even deserve the 1 star. its too good for their lousy service.

For the last year (literally a year), this company has been harassing me with their telemarketing calls 2-3 times a week. Im almost to the point of taking them to court for this blatant harassment. They wont take me off the list, and usually hang up on me when I ask them to. Ive reported them to the BBB, FCC, and Floridas Agricultural Dept for this...hopefully action will be taken.

This company has been harassing me for almost 2 years I am taking them to BBB and FCC. It will not stop calling me and when I tell them I need to speak to a supervisor so they can remove off of the call list they just hang up. They call you from a number that you cannot call back because it is fake. In a few days I will be in Miami and Im going straight to that office....

This is the worst company you could find med plan is better but expensive procedure but gets things done save yourself some headches and trouble customer service is horrible and liars i called the customer service about the mri refferal still havent call back bunch of liars im taking these scumbags to court the people who where lied to should do the same
