A great massage starts with a great therapist. Jewell Jones is incredibly skilled, easy to talk to, and always has a great attitude. My first appointment with her began with a consult to learn more about my preferences and what aches and pains I have that she can specifically focus on. Shes great for a relaxing massage, but even more so if you have specific medical needs that need to be addressed. As a medical provider myself, her extensive knowledge of the human anatomy is very impressive. Simply put, she knows what shes doing and uses that knowledge and experience to focus on your needs. The clean atmosphere, temperature, and music provide for a nice, relaxing massage. The front desk staff are always so genuinely friendly. Leaving with a complimentary cold bottle of water is a nice touch too. The ability to book an appointment online is very convenient. Whether youre looking for yourself or looking to book a corporate event, youll be so happy with Jewell!

Nike at 6th Sense has miracle hands! He is one of the few massage therapist who can effectively do deep tissue massage for neuromuscular problems. When my shoulder muscles spasm (and shoot pain up my neck), I immediately call 6th Sense. They always fit me in for an emergency appointment (mention pain and they bend over backwards to help). And, the relief I gain with just one deep tissue massage is unbelievable. For example, Ive been in agony since yesterday and could not sleep last night but now just 30 minutes after the massage- my pain is almost gone. I will go back next week for a follow up massage (to get out any remaining tightness in the muscles) but 2 visit to Nike is a lot more effective and less expensive than going continually to an orthopedist and or PT. I know Nike also does relaxation massages (which Ive heard are great) but for deep tissue massages- I know he is the best.

I found one of my wonderful massage therapists here who has long since LEFT due to weirdness with the owners. When I went, front desk staff was always rotating. One time during one service I was given a dirty pillow with no pillowcase and asked to put my head on it. I refused. They are VERY hyper about noise which I get, but we should be allowed to talk during our massage. The walls shouldnt be THAT thin. Parking can be a BEAST depending when you go. I was never told or offered any other services so I would recommend they teach their therapists to upsell or upsell themselves. I never had a massage without my therapist so I cant speak to anyone that is there now. Im not into dark and weird stuff and heard the owners here were. Hit me up if you want to know more.

I am just over 2 weeks post-op from hip replacement surgery. My foot on the side of the affected hip was simply killing me. I googled reflexology W-S and to my delight, something very close to home popped up! 6th Sense. Their website was very easy to navigate so that I could make an appointment on-line. I was able to get in that same day with Jewell. She was simply amazing! The pain in my foot (from 1-10) before our session was off the charts but when we finished just an hour later, it was down to a 3. Jewell is educated, professional, kind, skilled and easy going. She made me feel at ease from our first greeting. She was able to identify the source of my pain & effectively address it. I am very happy and highly recommend her!

I recently went to 6th for a deep tissue massage for some tense muscle that were causing pain. Nike was the massage therapist. (I met him when Terri Massengale, our BIC, at Coldwell Banker, Stratford Road, brought him in for a FREE 10 min chair massage for agents & staff at our branch office. Thank YOU Terri!!!!). Nike really zeroed in on the problem areas and worked the knots down and out. It was the deepest tissue massage I have ever had and while it was intense at times.... I have NEVER felt better in my neck and shoulders. Thank you Nike and 6th sense. Everyone was very professional and 6th sense has a wide variety of services available.

Wow! I had a 30 minute session with Jewell today and I was blown away with how much she accomplished in such a short amount of time. She has a wonderful, nurturing touch and exudes an intuitive wisdom backed up by a wealth of knowledge of her craft. And this is coming from a fellow LMBT. My headache was gone after the techniques she used. The facility was very clean and inviting and the table was so comfortable I almost fell asleep as soon as I laid down! Very friendly and accommodating staff. 5 stars all the way! I will absolutely be back!

A few years ago if someone would have told me I would be making a monthly visit to 6th Sense Health and Wellness, I would have said they were crazy. I had a stiff neck and back and someone suggested I visit 6th Sense Health and Wellness. I left feeling MUCH better and I have been a regular customer ever since. They are very professional, and know how to help ease the pain and tension with muscles, back, and neck, to name a few. Well worth the time and investment.

Nike at 6th Sense and Wellness is the best massage therapist that we have found in the area (and we tried several before we found him). My husband is a former massage therapist and he goes to Nike on a regular basis. Nike is highly professional and his techniques are excellent. It saddens me that most people do not really understand the benefit of massage therapy. It should be consider as part of health wellness and not a luxury. We highly recommend Nike!

The staff members at 6th Sense Health and Wellness are all friendly and professional; the music is very relaxing and smells lovely. I had two sessions with Brian for muscle pain in my thigh, he really listen to my complaints and concerns about my pain. He was very knowledgeable, sensitive and caring at my last visit my pain was gone. I was very happy with his service, and strongly would recommend Brian. Brian is the BEST at what he does! ---Alexis

I am so impressed with Sixth Sense, and with Nikkis gift of touch. The massage was so relaxing and healing that I made an appointment right away for my next one. The facility is welcoming to this stickler for proper ambiance. The room was at a comfortable temperature, and the music was not intrusive. Ive not found that to be true in some other places. I have already recommended Sixth Sense to friends, and will continue to do so.

So I found 6th Sense Health and Wellness here on Google and read the reviews. I was a little skeptical that all the reviews were great not one negative comment. They are all right I am 31 wks pregnant and got a prenatal massage done by Nikki. It was amazing!!!! She worked out the lower back pain my little wiggle worm has been given me. This place is a must if your looking for a great relaxing massage.

I got in for a last minute 90 minute deep tissue massage with Brian and he was AMAZING! I have had 20+ massages in my life and he is in the top 3. His compression stretches (not regular stretches) were amazing for my hips and glutes. Im not always comfortable with male therapists but Brian made me feel completely comfortable. I will drive back down from Boone to come see him again!
