Dr. Skeete is a fantastic doctor. He listens to your questions and takes the time needed to explain things in an easy to understand fashion. His exams are thorough and his "bed side" manner is better than any doctor I have encountered regardless of field. Yes, as another reviewer noted, there can be times when the wait is longer than you would hope. However, I have always attributed that to the fact that Dr. Skeete spends the time necessary to make sure his patients are well cared for. Its worth the time when it happens. The team at Lenscrafters is also top notch. I needed glasses in a hurry for a special sporting event. They bent over backwards to find the right frame and had them ready for me in about 20 minutes. I wont consider getting my eye care any other place. I just saw the review about Tyrell. I suggest readers consider that negative review in context with all of the other reviews, including mine. Tyrell was the primary person that helped me and the other persons comments could not be further from what I experienced and observed this past Saturday. While I was waiting Tyrell assisted several other customers and he was nothing but pleasant and professional to everyone.

Came in for my first time a week ago because I the contacts that I had in were expired and bothering my eyes. Come to find out either something had gotten in my eye or my lense had been scratching my eye! The doctor was very nice and recommended me some places to go to make sure there was no damage to the eye. Didnt even get charged for the visit. Well I came back today to try again for my contacts and was greeted by a different but still very nice staff. The scratches that were on my eye had completely healed and had disappeared. I now have a new set of perception contacts that are working great! I have been to a few different lensecrafters in the past but this is the only one that found that my insurance pays a percentage of my bill!!! I will definitely be returning to this store as long as I live in GA!!! I would easily recommend this store location to anyone. Its unfortunate tho that the mall it is inside is nothing like what it used to be anymore.

You guys have a HUGE issue with one of your employees at the Lenscrafters in Duluth, GA. Tyrell Williams is not only the rudest person I have ever dealt with, he comes across as completely narcissistic. He was too lazy to look up a simple prescription for me, as he didnt want to deal with us. I called twice to confirm that my RX was indeed valid, and all said that it was. He told me that he will not help me, and when I asked for the manager he laughed and said you will be on hold for a long time.. I suggest you find someone that really wants to help their customers. We have a huge pediatric practice that weve been referring people to Lenscrafters for years, and will no longer be doing so-- this gentleman (term used loosely) has no respect for Women, and should not be working with the public. I will be leaving reviews everywhere in hopes that this individual is left go from an organization Ive been coming to for over 15 years.

Dr. Skeet is great, but the associates are terrible. I received my frames a week later than the 7-10 days LensCrafters guaranteed, and I was never given notice or reason for the delay without hassling the associates for days. Secondly, they lock the doors prior to closing. I arrived at 7:45pm on a week day for an adjustment, and the store doors were locked. The lights were dimmed in the back, and no associates were present. My business is going back to the location on Holcomb Bridge.

Staff seems to wish they were somewhere else. Rush you through your fitting and absolutely No other customers in the store. I will purchase my eyewear elsewhere. Also, no one called or texted me to tell me my glasses had come in. I remember when this was a good place to get quality products. Dr. Skeete is absolutely awesome though. Hes the only reason I will ever go back. Went across the street to buy prescription sunglasses.

Dr. Skeete is one of the most informative optometrist I have ever had. I have been wearing glasses and contacts for over 30 years. I had the first glass permeable contacts when they came out. He taught me more about my vision in one visit than I have learned in all the years. The office staff members were friendly, courteous, and very helpful with answering my questions about billing and new products.

I had a GREAT experience at this store. Had previously kind of given up on Lenscrafters because some of the other stores seemed, frankly, run down. But this store is totally modernized with a great selection of frames. Ann, Daniel and Chris could not have been more helpful and patient with me as I decided on frames! Cannot say enough good things about the store staff!

Start, mainly April was very nice. But I scheduled an appointment on a Wednesday, they had to reschedule it on a Sunday. No problem there, but when an appointment is scheduled for 1:30pm and it is not until 3:30pm that Dr. Skeete does the exam. That is highly unprofessional escpecially when you find out a walk in got taken care of before you did.
