Although I did not receive an eye exam, I purchased lenses and frames from the optical store. I have been wearing glasses since 1993 and have had challenges when it comes to finding frames and quality lenses to accommodate my extremely severe prescription. Being 24 years old with a -11.00 in both eyes can make selecting frames that are not only stylish but can withstand my prescription, a challenge. The service I received when selecting my frames and lenses was exceptional. The two ladies who helped me took their time and used their expertise to help me find the perfect frames and lenses to fit all my needs. Best of all, they were just as excited about the final product of my glasses when they were ready to be picked up at the store as I was. Overall, these are the best glasses I have ever owned in the many years that I have had to wear them. The quality of the lenses are unbeatable. They are lightweight, durable, and extremely clear. I couldnt have been more pleased with my experience.

Dr Ebert genuinely cares that your vision is what you expect. I had lasik on one eye years ago and now deal with presbyopia plus astigmatism. Crazy combination to work with yet she has been incredibly patient with helping me to get the correct combination of contacts. I went to another place in the mall last year and was prescribed lenses that blinded me by a doctor who seemed more concerned about pushing me out the door than getting my vision correct. . . I felt like cattle being prodded along at the other place. The staff at JCPenneys are also amazing. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone if you care about your eyes.
