Brought my 6-year old in today for an exam, as we were concerned about a tooth coming in over another... His previous dental office couldnt get x-rays, even though I told them his previous dentist (were military & moved last year & then insurance/network providers changed forcing us to move on yet again to another provider) advised us its important to get X-rays and keep an eye on how his teeth are coming in... I think the technology may be newer here or something, because the technician had no problem. In fact, she specifically asked if we had problems getting X-rays before & used a special technique to ensure success! At this point, Im already liking this place better than any previous office (ease of check-in, friendliness & competence of staff, wall toys & books to occupy little ones, etc)! The cleaning was as good as it could have gone -- my lil guy doesnt like this part & asks tons of questions... the hygienist had to keep telling him to open his mouth, but she didnt get frustrated with him. Enter Dr. Lisa Ding... she is phenomenal! She was smiling (obviously she enjoys her job), politely introduced herself, was very professional & thorough... She explained in detail everything that was going on in his mouth & what needed to happen in the near future... She told me not to hesitate to call her if I have any questions or concerns in the meantime. The process went very smoothly from beginning to end! Im impressed & very happy we chose this place for our boys dental care!

Since I have not received a return phone call from my daughters traumatizing dental experience last Friday, here comes a nasty review. DO NOT GO THERE!!!! Well, unless you want your child to come out completely traumatized and red-faced from crying! They blocked my way from going to the back to check on my child, who was supposed to be sedated. They said the dentist says all children are doing well so he doesnt want parents to come back. REALLY??? Was she doing so well you lied to me and said not to come back?? She cried for me several times and they never came and got me. Just kept telling me she was fine. SHE WAS NOT FINE! I actually said if we needed to have a second visit if she gets too upset, so be it. My daughter is 8. She told me every time they let her talk, she asked them to come get me. She said she cried the whole time. WHO does this to a little girl?? You people are supposed to be advocates for these children. Instead you traumatized her terribly. I hope you feel bad about what you did, and I hope people see this and choose not to have such horrible service for their own child.

On Fathers Day my son completely broke his adult tooth in half, Dr. Ding came in and took time on her Sunday to fix him up. This past weekend on July 1 my sons fixed tooth broke again, as was expected we were hoping it may hold but it dont. The office responded fast seeing us on July 3, with a better Moreno permanent solution. Dr Ding took several patient hours creating a new tooth. Dr Ding explained every step of the process to me and my son, my son felt completely safe and comfortable. We have been patients with kids dental, we are aware it has been through multiple changes but we finally feel they got it right. We have a dentist who truly cares for my kids not just their teeth but their emotional state. I highly recommend this dentist!

The staff is nice and professional but watch out for their pricing!! They gave us a written treatment plan recommending kids sealant at a cost of $20 based on our insurance. Then after the work was done, "Were sorry. We forgot about the deductible. Thatll be $60." Tripling the price on a written quote after the work is done is NOT professional.

Dr. Ding is AMAZING!!! As an Air Force family, its hard to find a good dentist for your family when relocating and she has been great since the first time we visited! I definitely recommend her!!!

The staff was extremely nice and kid friendly. This was our first dentist visit for all 3 of my kids (4 yo, 2 1/2 yo, and 1 yo ). Everyone did great thanks to the staff and the family environment.
