Just last week I was seen at the Stone Oak location and the experience was enjoyable. While I was there the receptionist that belonged to this location (Cibolo) just so happened to be helping out at and was able to be apart of my case. I was referred to have a tooth extracted of of which would have eventually needed an implant. Onnikka (receptionist that belonged to Cibolo location) called me suggesting a second opinion by Dr. Coleman, I agreed because who really wants to lose a tooth they need? I came in to visit them here in Cibolo and they were ALL awesome!! Dr. Coleman saved my tooth, talked me through every step, and made sure I was comfortable with everything that needed to be done. It was about a 35 minute drive for me to get here but Ill do it as many times as I need to be able to receive the excellent care. Thank you so much Onnikka for actually caring about your patients and investing the time to suggest a second opinion. Thank you so much Dr. Coleman for making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process, your professional care shined through! Side bar... I hate going to the dentist but they definitely made this an enjoyable experience. I am so very thankful for Onnikka being there that day at my appointment!! Id recommend this location any day!

WOW! What a team at Ideal Dental in Cibolo. I have been in there four times in the past month and the entire team is so well deserving of FIVE STARS! Leatta and Melissa L. are sure to not only help you set up an appt but also provide courtesy calls to you as reminders as well as answer any questions about what is covered by insurance. Rachel D. has such a great manner with her patients keeping calm any nervous ones like me! You can tell that she truly enjoys what she does. And Melissa H. does such a good job on the attention to details explaining each step on what is going on. Dr. Adeshara is so professional and you can really tell she truly cares about her patients. She even called a few days after my root canal to ensure everything was healing well. I am very reserved with any top rating but this outfit truly deserves it. Had my first appointment here last week and just went in today to get the other side of my mouth worked on. They are all very friendly and seem to really care about their patients comfort. For example, while getting a filling Dr. Adeshara repeatedly asked if I was doing all right or needed to take a break. It wasnt taking that long and I was doing fine, but its nice that she made it a point to ask every few minutes, just in case. My wife and I also got calls from Dr. Adeshara personally to follow up and make sure our fillings were feeling OK the next day. Weve had offices call to follow up before, but having the dentist call really made us feel like she cares. I highly recommend this office and as long as were in the area well be going here!

First Time Customer! I am so Happy I found Ideal Dental!. The atmosphere was very clean and organized. The Staff was very friendly and kind, Dr. Coleman and her assistants were very proficient on telling me exactly what was going on with my childrens teeth. In all my years of going to dentist this is the first one to be very detailed and let me know everything that was going on in their mouths. I was shocked at the information. The Office Manager was a very kind lady showing me my detailed report and explaining everything in a professional manner. I really do appreciate them being honest with me and being able to have a payment plan helps out a lot. I am so happy I found you all, you will be my forever Dental Doctors!!

I have been under the hands of Dr. Coleman for 10 years now and have followed her every place shes went! She is an expert at what she does! Dr. Coleman is very personable, makes you feel at ease and truly cares about the goodness of people. I used to be terrified to go to the dentist until I discovered her. Now, I look forward to visiting her and the wonderful staff over at Ideal Dental off of Cibolo. From the customer service they provided on the phone, to the front desk staff, all the way to the assists that work with her in the rooms, they are all such a joy to be around and truly make the "dreadful dentist visit" worth while. Hurry up! You are missing out! -Candi Althaus- =)

I visited the Cibolo location and the entire staff was so wonderful. The office manager was friendly and welcoming. The dental assistant was friendly, patient, and great at explaining everything. The dentist was also warm and welcoming, she took her time to ask questions and answer them. Both the dentist and the assistant worked as a team during my cleaning and explained what they were doing. The office manager came into the room and explained what my insurance would cover and gave me a clear cost for fillings after insurance before scheduling my next appointment. I cannot say enough good things about this place. It was a wonderful visit and I look forwarded to my next appointment.

I was so nervous about coming to the dentist but my appointment went very well, the first Front office Tamia was so nice she greeted me as soon as I walked in and and Onnika was so sweet they really made me feel at home. I had to get some teeth taken out but Melissa and Doctor A did it so quick and talked me through it the whole time it was over before I knew it. I also dont like that the girls have to wear black, i feel like Im at a funeral. Its summer time. They should be able to wear green tops and black bottoms like your logo or some type of color but all black is so depressing. Overrall my appointment was great and I will be back.

I looked at the reviews for this location before deciding to schedule an appointment. Everything looked outstanding. When I arrived the staff was more than welcoming. My only complaint is the dental staff and dentist were not so understanding when I asked questions. Seems they were in a rush and didnt really want to listen to my concerns. Very direct and didnt really care for some of my questions. Not good bed side manner. I have chosen to use different dentist for this reason. May just be we cant all get along with everyone. As the patient I feel my concerns should be answered instead of just that is the way it is take it or leave it.

This Dental Practice is excellent and first rate. It has great people, facility/equipment. My familys experience has been awesome. The Office manager Ms Nash is very kind, courteous, and professional. She ensured that we were taken care of from start to finish.The front desk was also very helpful with any questions we had about our appointments. Dr Adeshara explained and answered any questions we had before any dental procedures were started. In my expert opinion I give Ideal Dental a superior recommendation!

Randomly chose this Dentist because it was close and I was ready to change Dentists. I "never" write reviews but felt I needed to share my wonderful experience. The office Manager, Onnikka, is friendly and professional; the hygienist was thorough and patient but most importantly Dr. Adeshara was kind, gentle and explained everything that needed to be done. Dr. A. even called me the next morning for a follow-up to see how I was doing! Who does that? Im very impressed and will recommend Dr. A to everyone.
