My wife had some work done. A crown and other work on the tooth. Her crown fell off after 6 months. I told the office secretary multiple times my wife does not speak English very well and to call me with all billing and any other issues. They called me for the billing and something happened during the work that they made her sign. She does not know what it was and said they were very pushy and forced her to sign it. Nobody contacted me or told me this. The crown has fallen off in about a 6 month time frame. We got a second opinion and the dentist showed us pictures of how the crown they put in was too large. This was done on May 18th. We had spoken to Ariana Rodriguez of Kitty Hawk back in May. She told us she need proof and information. We drove across town and provided all of this information on May 19th. We paid $1,372 and she told us in the June 24th email that she has put in the request for the refund. She responded to a few emails and stopped responding to my emails for over a month when she claims she had sent in a refund request. I call and leave messages and she does not return my phone calls. I called her again and was able to get her on July 30th and asked her where we were on the refund process. She then went on saying she never received documents from the other dentist office and did not feel we deserved a refund until they had proof, which we supplied, but claims she did not recieve so we sent it again, I have called again and left more messages, but nobody is calling me back. I have spent a lot of time trying to get a refund and tried to work with Ariana, but she has repeatedly lied to me. I did a three way call with Drs office on Thursday July 30th and she claimed she was still needing information which she never informed me of. After the call I spoke with the receptionist at the dentist office and she told me they had sent her the information months prior as I had requested. Spent $1,372 and wasted many hours of my life with this company. Buyer beware, I would never go back to this place.

Dentist Lauren Williams, is not careful when injecting the anesthesia! She pushed through the tube in seconds which cause serious nerve damaged to my entire left side of my mouth. I felt the anesthesia fluid flow through between my facial skin and inter areas. I had two teeth filled on my upper left, this work was completed two months ago and I still can not eat on my left side. My teeth are extremely sensitive to any chewing, cool. etc. I would not recommend her to anybody!

Botched an extraction left me sensitive to this day...cant put ice in my drinks. Spent thanksgiving with a piece of tooth left behind swelling up my face and agonizing pain, out of ibuprofin script. Put in a bridge, now my jaws dont match up, then made unauthorized debits to my debitcard. Im jonathan harper. Once they got my money, all i got was the runaround and overpriced resolutions to their malpractice.

They are very professional and also have a scene of humor. I like how they explain what they are going to do before hand so you have no surprises. Also surprised by the payment plan they had to offer. This allows me to get the work done now instead of waiting until I get all the money up front.
